Review Time
I purchased a 100ml bottle from Creed. On the fourth time of using it I went to replace the bottle top as any normal person would do. The glass on the neck of the bottle shattered/ broke off. I contacted Creed customer services and they simply said no refund or replacement. They suggested I dropped it. This wasn't the case. They went on about the quality of glass. I can simply say how it is. Poor customer services in my view.
I have been waiting since the 11th March for a refund which I was told would take 72 hours? It is now the 26th March? I have called numerous times only to wait on hold for 3 mins to be told all operators are busy, I have sent 8 emails none of which have been responded to, it is infuriating not to be able to speak with someone or be responded to, I thought this was supposed to be an upmarket brand? Totally disgusted and disappointed you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!! It has totally put me off the brand.
Terrible Customer service!Their service is a joke, never had such an awful experience with other companies and their customer service They keep torturing you with stupid questions once you are not satisfied with their products. Avoid at all costs....
Received samples in nice spray bottles. Well packaged and labelled. For the price of these products I don’t think they last too long at all. I use another well known brand at a quarter of the price and it lasts longer than creed aventus. Decided to try because of all the hype. Nicely presented bottles etc but value for money and the lasting of the product below average for me
Poor engraving. On the website the engraving looks very clear and in white lettering. The bottle arrived with dark gold lettering which you can hardly see because of the colour of the bottle. Same as another reviewer 48 hrs after purchase I received a mail saying if I spent over £200 ( which I did )I would receive a free 10ml spray. Why not state at checkout if I wait 48 hours I will receive a free 10ml spray. I would have waited!This type of email puts me off buying from companies. I am happy with the perfume and the speed of posting considering the bottle was being engraved. Not happy with engraving you can hardly see,nor the fact I missed out on a 10ml spray.
I ordered a perfume sampler from Creed. First the pumps on the bottles don't work the fragrance runs down the bottle. The first one I sampled was horrible it's called Aventus for her. Please trust me it's really bad. Black in love smells like bug spray and white in love smells like something you clean with. I don't know maybe this is what the royals like. It's definitely not for this American girl. Also they will not refund your money so you're stuck. I paid $71.01 down the drain. You would think a company with such prestige would do the right thing and refund your money. I will never attempt to shop with them again and I hope this review is helpful to someone else.
Yesterday 12.1.24 I treated my partner and myself to a bottle of Creed Aventus and Creed Aventus for her. Wow super delivery speed with DPD as it arrived this morning 13.1.24 very well packaged and beautifully presented with all authenticity papers and stamp.. Absolutely love love love the smell of both. A little goes a very long way. This is my favourite for both of us all the time now. Also received a sample each of our choice. Very good and reliable company. I will be back for sure. Thankyou A+5*****
