The online booking didn't accept credit card issued outside US, because the Zip code format wasn't accepted. Online chat is good, the customer service helped me booked the rent.

First Impressions

We really asked to see the actual size truck we will travel with and was told it would be cleaned. When we got there the truck they chose to show us was full of flies and not exactly cleaned.It wasn't just the condition of the truck it was the fact when you give someone your word which builds trust both ways. Your business expect for us to take care of your property and show up on time. So it would have been nice for the first time being in an RV a better experience.

Great experience scheduling, unfortunately we canceled our reservation due to a scheduling conflict that came up.If they take care of their customers throughout the entire process like they did at the scheduling phase, I’m sure these guys are 10/10

Closure with no Notice

We made a reservation in late Nov 2024 for a trip in Sept 2025. 3 weeks before the event we reached out just to confirm everything was good and we found the pickup location had permanently closed. We didn’t get any notification of the closure or the new pickup location that was now 2.5 hours away vs 15 min.

Very disappointed - Wouldn't recommend Cruise Canada

We rented a motorhome from Cruise Canada for 3.5 weeks. The trip started great — the pickup was smooth, and the camper was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, after only a few days, a serious leak in the water pump made the water system almost unusable. We had to turn off the pump and refill the tank daily, which caused a lot of inconvenience.We reported the issue several times, but no real help or repair was provided during our rental. At drop-off in Calgary, the staff showed little interest in what had happened and offered only minimal compensation, with no real chance to discuss the impact on our trip.It’s now been weeks, and we’re still waiting for a fair resolution. The camper itself was fine, but the poor communication and lack of customer care really let us down.We expected better from Cruise Canada.

I planned an evening vacation with my grandchildren in February. I made it clear in multiple emails that I needed a 30’ every with a functioning generator. I was reassured in several emails not to worry about that. My rv vacation nightmare started the moment I walked into your pickup location with my wife and grandkids. Two hours later I left with no rv and disappointment grandchildren. The owner of the rv pick up facility couldn’t have been less helpful. Cruise America is completely unreliable. We lost out on the one week we had and no one was helpful or cared.

Being lied to by Cruise America agent Esteban

When I usually rent from you I always have a great experience. I spoke with an agent last night name Esteban. He just flat out lied to me about the cost of renting a tow behind. I'm specially not happy when he continued to lie to me about the cost. You see he told me he would book my rental at $96 a night for 3 nights. I gave him my the dates needed for pick up and drop off and my credit card info. He said that I was all set. Then when I review it and I'm charged $160 a night for 3 nights. Hoping it's just a mistake he states it's $96 a night for 5 night minimum. I told him that's not what you told me before taking my credit card information. There was never once mention by him a 5 night minimum. In fact I asked him over and over again the dates I wanted and he stated $96 per night for three nights
