I bought a monitor at the beginning of the year, January 8th. Recently it became faulty and because it's over 30 days since date of purchase, they keep trying to fob me off to the manufacturer when it is their legal right under the consumer act to repair/replace the device. Not only did online agents keep trying to tell me to go to manufacturer after calling the repair team, they told me to in store. Not only did they not even plug it in, they did the exact same thing as the Web team! Told me to reach out to the manufacturer. I then called repair team again later, who now say the store is in the wrong and to go back AGAIN. A bunch of hassle that is not needed.
I went to the curry’s in Chingford next to the Audi dealership, the man that helped me was Sid he was amazing and kind helpful and knowledgeable about the AirPods I wanted to buy. Funny and friendly we had a few good laughs
I previously had an IPS panel and honestly this upgrade has easily been the best upgrade ive had for the overall enjoyment of my setup, even more so than my GPU upgrade. This elevates EVERYTHING you do on your pc, watching shows, playing games, even just scrolling or youtube. Everything just looks so crisp and I already know I can't go back to an IPS. Ultimately, this is definently an upgrade worth especially considering how affordable it is compared to other OLEDS on the market.
Brilliant service , help and guidance during visit on the Wednesday. Product not in shop but quickly ordered for delivery at home. Got a call from them on the night to check if everything went well and told the delivery would be on the Monday. Got a notification on Friday morning to confirm delivery earlier and on that day. I have never had a bad visit to Currys. This visit we had a strict budget to equip a kitchen in a new build apartment. Hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. Previous visits saw me purchase a new laptop, vacuum cleaner, previous fridge freezer, previous laptop and various bits n' bobs.
Do not order valuable small electronic items by post from this company. An order of an apple watch led to a delivery (which by chance was opened in front of witnesses) of a dodgy iPhone in a Samsung box. When disputed with Currys, they just point blank denied that anything had gone wrong. Online searches show that this is a known scam pulled by individuals working for the courier company they use. Currys refuses to admit any fault or do anything to fix the problem. They say that the delivery was successful and the item ordered was in the parcel, but this is categorically untrue.
I have been looking for an integrated fridge freezer with a certain criteria and door on door hinges. Unfortunately I couldn’t find one with door on door hinges. Spoke to Matt in curry’s in Warrington and to my surprise I found the perfect match, not a make I was looking for but had everything else, the only down side was curry’s don’t offer their own breakdown cover on the isense fridge freezer.
Lovely cooker installed & set up, very polite delivery gentlemen. The only problem is they didn't remove my chain from old cooker so my new one is not chained which it has to be to pass gas inspection, so I do need this to be rectified asap. I also paid £40 for afternoon delivery after 1pm it arrived at 11 -11 30am which cost £25.
