Website is customer friendly, we were able to ‘click and collect’ within an hour. Staff extremely helpful. Not sure I chose the right machine but I will get used to it, can’t fault the service of curry’s though.
Further to my previous review of Currys at Middlebrook. My 97 year old mum lost the receipt for the microwave bought yesterday. I called into the store again today and they printed off a replacement receipt. My thanks to Fatimah and Sinead who were so helpful and pleasant.
I only gave them one star because I can't give them zero. I ordered dyson hair straighteners, they sent me a hair dryer. It took 3 months to send them the item back, and they was gonna sent the item I ordered. Instead they gave me a refund, and the the hair straighteners I originally ordered are £150 more expensive. This item was a Christmas present, it is now February. I will never buy anything from currys again. Utter incompetence.
I ordered something online but decided to return it to the store after changing my mind. Staff were friendly and made the process easy, and the refund arrived within the expected time. Really pleased with how straightforward everything was.
I insured my iron because I am always ironing and tend to go through them pretty quickly - unfortunately my iron decided to go to iron heaven. I was able to change my iron to one of my choice with no hassle whatsoever, the staff member was lovely and polite.
The Dyson hover I bought has not arrived at store, and after speaking to customer service apparently it's out of stock yet when I bought it online it was in stock!! you have my money yet no correspondence explaining this happened and yet I had to make the call to ask where my product was. Order number:CUR2674027404. NOT HAPPY AND I EXPECT A FULL REFUND ASAP!!!

This has been an ongoing nightmare since December 24th, with absolutely no meaningful progress or resolution. Currys’ handling of this has been disgraceful and, frankly, shocking.
I was mis-sold, given virtually no support, and subjected to what feels like outdated, borderline unethical sales and customer service practices. The incompetence, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for the customer has been staggering.
This is, without question, the worst customer experience I have ever had. I will never use Currys again, and I will actively warn others to avoid this company.
It was nice experience to buy from Currys again and we got the exact product which we were looking for in an affordable price. Cheers to the person who helped us there to choose the right one in less than 30 minutes
Has anybody else had a dreadful experience with the Curry’s online agent chat? I’ve just spent 30 minutes with an agent trying to find out some basic info about a local store’s display models with no advice given at all. Not even a phone number offered. Wanted to put a complaint in to Curry’s about this only to be told there is no email address to send a complaint to? I need to write a letter and post it!
The worse service I’ve ever received.
I bought an item under 12 months ago, that had overheating issues from the start, curry’s wouldn’t return it to I carried on with it until it eventually completely failed and and caught fire. I spent 5 different attempts speaking to customer service to resolve this issues and get a refund and had the worse service ever, the first agent said that they will be in touch via email, but the email he gave me was fake and not real, the 2nd and 3rd agent both confirmed it was fake and raised a complaint for me of which I never heard back, the 4th agent said it was raised to a level 2 complaint and they would email within 48 hours, that was over 5 days ago so finally I asked again today and they said they will email soon. Completely disgusting service, the agent where rude and not help and I have an item that almost causes serious harm and almost zero acknowledge of it, all I want is my refund, curry’s should be ashamed of there action and there management team should resign as they clearly are not fit for purpose
