Placed a click and collect order on 17th Feb for 3 items that were showing in stock for store delivery in 2 days. Shortly after ordering, I had an email to say one items is out of stock and my order was delayed. Date of collection has been and gone and no update received. Called customer services who said they would refund me for the out of stock item and send the rest of my order to the store. 2 days later when I would have expected to pick up the 2 items, I received another email to say an item is out of stock. Called customer services again and it turns out the previous advisor has not cancelled the out of stock item from my order like she said she was going to, and this is what is causing my whole order not to be sent out. Any other company would send out the in stock items as and when available, but apparently Curry’s cannot do this. I would cancel the order, however I am reluctant to do this due to using an evoucher. Apparently, if I request a refund, a physical gift card will be sent in the post which can take 7 business days, she said I can’t have an e voucher sent via email. Have no idea when I will finally receive my order. Really not happy and will not order online through Currys again.
Very disappointed as i travelled with my grandson to TW Store as we both wanted a gaming mouse.
Chose the mouse we wanted took the product card to the till then told none in stock. Tried to buy some blue tooth ear buds but once again non in stock.
Told by the apologetic store assistants they could order online for us.
What is the point of having stores if you do not hold stock.
Ordered online arrived next day everything perfext. So will not bother visiting your store again.
Everything was communicated well. Delivery was timeous and all interactions were courteous and professional.
The item purchased was received in perfect condition with all expected accessories.
A hassle-free, painless process from start to finish!
Thank you Curry's :)
Bought 2 items and paid instantly including extra £20 for Saturday delivery..
Said Delivery never turned up as items were not in stock..
Was told 3 weeks wait hopefully at best so cancelled order and bought elsewhere..
3 weeks later and still not received my refund of over £1200.
This is massively affecting my monthly bills and feeding the family etc but unfortunately Currys don't care..
WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD..
Now have to start a dispute with my bank etc to try and get back MY MONEY...
I wanted to upgrade my monitor and chose the MSI QD-OLED MAG 341CQP! Incredible monitor, brilliant HDR, and outstanding build quality. The process of purchasing with Currys was an ease and very user friendly.
Fantastic, I had to travel to my rental property so didnt want to wait around all day.
Currys kept me informed and rang when on the way.
2 very friendly guys arrived, asked where I wanted my 3 appliances.
Unpacked them took all the packing away.
Placed the appliances exactly where they were going.
The lead competitor charge for all this and the same appliances were a total of £250 cheaper
Well done Currys and their staff I will be using you again for my other properties
Absolutely shocking service from Currys.
I paid £1000 for a fridge. Delivery was supposed to be on Tuesday — they turned up with a damaged one. Fine, things happen. They rebooked delivery for Friday.
Friday is tomorrow and we have had NO message. No confirmation. No time slot. No update. Nothing.
Customer service is useless. They keep giving me a phone number that just leads to an automated system — no real person, no actual help. I went into the store and they told me to “wait for a message from delivery” and that they might contact us.
When I call them, they tell me to contact the store. When I go to the store, they tell me to contact customer service. I’m being sent back and forth with nobody actually taking responsibility.
Might? I paid £1000!
When I said I want a refund, I was told it will take 14 days. So they can take my money instantly, but returning it takes two weeks?
Apparently I’ll get the delivery charge refunded in the end — amazing, considering the stress and inconvenience. And now they’re saying the fridge might come on Sunday instead.
£1000 for a fridge and this is the service? Once they have your money, they completely stop caring.
Disgraceful. Never again.
Currys are an absolute joke. Most of the reviews here must be fake.
Purchased a fridge freezer. Worked fine for a couple of months then began tripping the fuse box. Paid an electrician to come out who confirmed the issue was the fridge freezer. Contacted Currys who gave me the run around for months.
Eventually they agreed to send a technician out. The technician went to not only the wrong address but to a completely different county. They then marked on my account that a technician had attended. Over a month later managed to arrange another technician... This time they just didn't show up!
I was told it was in warranty then it wasn't. I was offered £10 compensation HAH. After almost a year of fighting for them to honour the warranty they offered a partial refund. A few months later offered a replacement. Obviously at this point I refused for fear of another faulty device and a year of fighting customer service.
Instead have reported them to trading standards. Once I get a response from them I intend to pursue legal actions for a full refund, Damages and my time spent chasing them.
We viewed a large variety of dryers and we wanted a quality machine we was help by Joanne who was excellent, she went out of her way to get a technician to explain how the filtration system works which was advanced over other models ,which confirmed our purchase.
