Absolutely stay clear of this company. Following cancellation of order due to it taking too long for delivery, still no refund or communication a month after. Customer Service team very unprofessional and like robots saying the same lines every time. Phoned everyday for the past 2 weeks, no contact from complaints department to date. Now seeking further advise.

You can't fault them, they do what it says on the tin - we always order products and get a very quick delivery time, delivery costs are very reasonable, products are always priced competitively and if there are ever any product issues the team both in house at Lakeside Retail Park are super friendly and approachable and the team online are very responsive.
I like that you don't speak with robots :)

Shocking service from such a well known brand. It seems they try not to refund you if you can't collect a click and collect order, and hope you don't notice.

I was unable to collect a click and collect order of a dishwasher. Currys have still not refunded me after about 3 months. I have contacted them 4 times, and twice have been told it's been escalated and I will hear back within 48 hours, which of course doesn't happen.

I'll have to look into what the legal route is, as there must be a breach of contract somewhere.

Customer service is just rude and not friendly at all. One man yelling down the phone that he cant hear me just for a bad signal. Just calm down a little. Then was transferred 3 times just to book in a removal. Last guy was helpful but still had that rude tone in his voice. Definitely need some people/speaking training these guys.

I have been scammed by one of your employees in your shop at Canary Wharf! He kept putting things in my basket ‘for free’ that I ended up paying for + other things like: the same antivirus 3 times, an insurance for 5 years for an item I didn't buy, and adapter, etc. there was an overcharge of approximately £340 for things I DIDNT WANT TO BUY! Today, the manager gave me a refund but I didn’t feel reassured this is going to be addressed accordingly. Unacceptable behaviour!

Dear Curry’s UK,
Thank you for contacting me regarding my complaint about my missing online order.
I have lost count of, between contacts with my local store and your many remote agents, the number of times that I have been required to give the same information. The order number I have quoted on every contact both in-store and with your online agents is (CUR2673376972) along with my name, address and telephone number. This order was placed on 21 January 2026, is a 2 part order and only 1 of the parts was delivered.
As a valued customer (Curry’s own opinion of me), I am extremely annoyed and not a little disappointed with the lack of interaction between the different departments of Curry’s UK who seem incapable of resolving what should have been a simple refund situation due to non delivery of an ordered item, without continually requesting the same information about me and about my order which I give every time and anyway is already on file.
That being so, if, with the information you already have regarding my refund, Curry's UK find it cannot issue a refund, then I withdraw my request entirely.
Quite frankly, I have had enough of this long running saga and this experience is making it difficult for me to choose Curry’s UK for any future purchases.

Absolutely shocking service.

Was delivered a damaged washing machine which I understand can happen. However the process in which to get this sorted and have an exchange is awful. I spent 40 minutes
on the website chat to be told i had to phone. I phoned the number to be put through to hotpoint and did a video chat to see the damage they confirmed it needed replacing and then transferred me through to curry’s. Curry’s then went through everything else again - I then got told I had to send in a video and they would evaluate it in 24 hours - got a message to phone them to discuss the results and they agreed it needed exchanging but they couldn’t do it tonight and phone back the next day. So between one online chat and 2 phone calls (over an hour) I’m no further along, I have no washing machine, I paid for next day delivery and they wouldn’t refund it even though they haven’t fulfilled the order and I’m left with a faulty washing machine sat in the middle of my small kitchen which is a safety risk to my crawling baby. Then to top it all off I asked how can I make a complaint about the service I got told there isn’t a way and no one would listen. Safe to say I would never use Curry’s again - it’s one thing to have a damaged product as that happens it’s another to make the customer spend their time trying to get it sorted.

Further to this - I spoke to them this morning they wanted me to keep the machine for a discount even though last night they told me it is likely to leak and not to use it! Offered me 10% discount then 15% I refused and said I wanted a new machine and got told it would be a
Month unless I keep the machine. So given this information I said to cancel the order refund the money and collect the machine - to which the respond was I can’t book a collection someone will be in touch but it will take up to 5 days - 5 days of waiting with a faulty washing machine in my small kitchen and no way of getting a new one put in! The man on the phone then said oh but if you choose to keep the machine it wouldn’t be an issue. So after waiting for a collection date the text came in to book one and when I went onto it it said no dates available please phone us - what an absolute joke!


After phoning them yet again I did speak to a lady in sales who actually helped and said I could choose another machine of up to 10% higher value than what I originally paid - this was never mentioned in any other phone call and she was able to arrange a delivery and collection within 2 days so clearly everything I was told was to get me to keep a faulty machine and to make it difficult to get what I paid for! The whole process took 4 hours of my time! Will never shop with curry’s again

I am very pleased with all the information I read on Currys website. The cooker is exactly as described. Just the cooker I was looking to buy. Iam really pleased with the cooker in general. I would highly recommend this cooker. Lots of useful features. Also with an Energy A rating. Colour is perfect too.
