Review Time
Made an online purchase and did not get sent an email with proof of purchase. Have had to contact customer services numerous times via telephone and their webchat who are useless, repeat the same sentence to wait up to 48 hours and still unresolved. Informed can't post this out either.
Bought an Electric Oven and it arrived in good time. Sadly they were unable to fit it through no fault of Curry's, it was our wiring. They still delivered it, turned our gas supply off so it was safe and took the old one away. We have now sorted our own issue and had it installed by a different electrician. Curry's refunded the full £ 125 installation charge with no issues. Great service and happy with our oven.
I recently purchased a MAG 271QPX QD-OLED E2 from Currys and so far it is the best gaming monitor I have ever owned and I didn't have to brake the bank for it either. The colour on the monitor is amazing and makes gaming a much better experience. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I would highly recommend buying this monitor from Currys.
Another week gone by and still no fridge freezer.Three hours on phone and trying to email to no avail.Customer services didn't want to know.All I want is a refund to go to a decent company that can tell me a date for delivery.Not to keep saying its STILL not in stock.Shambles.
Waited for ages just to find out what was in stock and then had to go to a Leeds store that said the yogurt no man was really helpful and Currys should be pleased with him too because I was happy to double my budget on his great analysis of what I need and what I was using it for xxxxx
I did my research on line as my local large curry's store has almost no staff. So order on line and collected my item 2 days later. Unfortunately you are not able to use PayPal when ordering and collecting, disappointing.
The back light has gone on our TV that we bought approximately 2 years ago, we called to the Curry's care team, went through all their diagnostics and got the TV in for repair, approximately six days later the TV is returned supposedly repaired. The chap returning it, even joked that when a back light goes it's virtually impossible to fix and he expects to see us in a couple of weeks. Fast forward two weeks and the TV is gone again. I call up Curry's care, explain the situation, I give her the reference number from the last repair. She wants to go through the exact same diagnostics that didn't fix it last time. I explain that that isn't possible as the TV is unplugged and removed from the room (It is not a small TV) hearing this she absolutely refuses to help or book the TV in for repair, talks over me, is very very rude and dismissive..... Even if I could switch the TV on, the back light is gone. It's impossible to see the screen to do anything..... The repair service is something we pay for, so when we request a repair it should be an effortless process.....

I do NOT have a CUR number apart from the one you gave me. I have already given you my order number which is 7421043928 and stated it was the Worthing Branch. Surely you can find my name, address, phone, postcode and email address from the order number, surely it can't be that difficult!
