To be fair, this is likely one of the most effective complaint procedures I've encountered. It's unfortunate that it had to escalate to that point, but I didn't have to follow up on my complaint weeks later. It was addressed in under two days, and I received a clear explanation of what went wrong, which reassures me that the matter was thoroughly investigated to help the company enhance their service. This is a fundamental purpose of having complaint procedures. Kudos to the team for restoring my faith.
The products appear to be in good condition (though I haven't used them yet since they are for holiday gifts). However, I was surprised that I could pick up high-value items without having to provide any identification, which seems to contradict the usual procedures of the company.
I purchased a tablet in April, but by July, the charging port had burned out. The company accepted the repair under warranty, indicating a product defect. However, by October, the same issue occurred again. During the repair intake, they noted it as an intermittent fault or installation error, yet claimed there was physical damage without providing any documentation or explanation. The identical electrical issue reappeared in less than six months. Additionally, the company suggested that my power adapter, which I bought with the tablet, might have caused the damage. Upon inspection, I found that the adapter was also burned, which was not mentioned when I picked up the repaired tablet. Despite multiple requests for a detailed repair assessment and two formal complaints, I received no response. I may have to consider legal action next.
The sales representative was incredibly helpful and well-informed, allowing us the time we needed to decide on the product. After my recent surgery, I began to feel uncomfortable, and the representative noticed my distress and provided me with a seat, which I greatly appreciated.
This is a continuation of my refund request concerning a damaged item that was opened when I picked it up from my local store. I was assured by the manager that he would handle my complaint and contact me on Monday, but he did not follow through. When I reached out to the customer service team, I was informed that I couldn't speak directly to the manager and would need to make another 15-mile trip to the store. Upon speaking to the manager, he claimed he had called me on Monday, but my call log showed no record of any call from him or the customer service team. The item to be returned was still under the desk, and I expressed to the manager that both he and the company had significantly failed in providing customer service and misled me about the phone call. If the company is satisfied with its Trustpilot ranking, it reflects poorly on their online service. The best companies demonstrate their integrity and customer service not just through sales, but in how they resolve issues, and in this case, they have clearly fallen short.
What went wrong? It's easier to list what went right! I ordered three items (two in one order and one separately). The solo item was scheduled for a specific delivery day, but it never arrived! I apparently missed the delivery. The next day, a different driver, who seemed more dedicated, finally delivered it. The two-item order was inexplicably split into two deliveries on the same day—one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. The morning delivery was perfect, thanks to another caring driver. However, the afternoon delivery turned out to be another missed opportunity. Now, I’m trying to cancel the item since I have to collect it myself. Why would I request delivery if I end up having to pick it up? I would have rated you higher if the service had at least managed to deliver it a day later. It’s disappointing to have relied on this service!
The representative at the local store assisted me with my TV purchase and was an absolute delight to work with, truly a credit to the company. I've visited this store multiple times, and the staff consistently provide excellent service, but this particular representative goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel valued and have a wonderful experience.
