The treatment I received from this large company has been incredibly frustrating. I placed a significant order online on November 13th, expecting delivery on the 29th, but none of my items arrived. I had to reach out myself since I received no updates, only to learn that two of my items were out of stock despite the scheduled delivery. Two weeks later, I'm still being given vague responses, and no items have been delivered. I've tried selecting alternative items and requested multiple callbacks, but none have come through. Now, I'm two weeks into my new home without any appliances. This situation needs urgent attention.
I ordered a product on Sunday, December 7th, and was informed it would arrive by Tuesday or Wednesday. However, when I visited the following Thursday, December 11th, I was told it had been ordered but not dispatched. I was then told it might arrive the next Sunday, December 14th, or Thursday, December 16th. Later, I learned there were 150 units in the warehouse, but the assistant suggested checking for one closer. I refuse to travel far for it. When I finally pick it up, I plan to discuss a refund for the long wait with the manager. This has happened before, so I won't be purchasing from this service again.
This is my second time purchasing electrical items, and I bought a washing machine. The two men who assisted were incredibly helpful in loading it into my vehicle. I also purchased a tablet for my son’s Christmas gift, and I managed to get both items at great prices, saving over £200 in total.
I am very troubled and shocked by the level of customer service I encountered. My father's oven and grill have yet to arrive, and at 87 years old, he only has a hob to cook with. There was an initial issue, but I received an email from the company stating they would reach out if there were delivery problems. I never heard back, so I assumed everything was fine. It wasn't until I tried to add installation that I discovered the order number was unrecognized. After navigating numerous automated options, I finally spoke to a representative on my third attempt. I was assured that a manager would call me two days in a row, but I never received a call. They couldn't even confirm if a refund was issued since my father doesn't use online banking and can't check. Update on December 10: I sent an initial email regarding my father's order number over 12 hours ago, and another day has passed with no response. I will not be purchasing from this company again, and I feel powerless to report my experience.
We attempted to purchase a new dishwasher online three times without success. Eventually, we visited the closest showroom. The service we received was exceptional, thanks to the representative. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Since we already knew the product we wanted, our visit was quick and efficient.
I placed an order for a washer dryer and fridge freezer on 23rd November, expecting delivery on 4th December along with removal of my old appliances. While I received multiple emails congratulating me on my purchase, there was no confirmation about the delivery date. When I called the day before to confirm, I was told they had been trying to reach me on an outdated number, even though they had my current contact information. The delivery was postponed to 8th December, but the installer refused to complete the job as agreed. I was instructed to call the service to rearrange and was told to call back after 6:00 PM when the system would be updated. At 5:00 PM, I received a text apologizing for the delay, stating the new delivery would be on 15th December. This means over 21 days since I placed my order, and I am reluctant to risk another failure with the removal and installation. When I called back after 6:00 PM to cancel, I was told to call again the next day as the system still wasn’t updated. I called again this morning and later at 6:20 PM, only to be informed that I still couldn't cancel. Meanwhile, I received an email indicating a direct debit payment would be taken on 22/12. I cannot afford to order from another supplier until I know this order is canceled. I have taken time off work for this delivery and made 7 calls with no resolution. I requested a call back, but was told it wasn’t possible, and I was informed there’s no address for customer complaints, which is why I’m leaving this review. This service is appallingly inadequate, and I'm giving it 1 star because I can't give zero.
Outstanding - Impressive range of items, with delivery arriving just two days post-purchase. Our new appliance was brought to us within the promised timeframe and handled with great care.
The assistance I received from the two delivery associates was truly exceptional. They were very friendly and professional. The gas engineer, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure a high level of service. I'm very pleased with the fridge freezer and cooker. Thank you very much for the excellent service!
I ordered a dishwasher online on 27th November. When I tried to install it on 4th December, it was discovered to be defective. We haven't even had the chance to use it. Instead of providing an immediate refund or replacement, I was directed to contact the manufacturer for repairs. They were unable to fix it, and I incurred a £119 callout fee. I'm still waiting for a confirmation regarding a refund or replacement from the company. All I've been told is that my case has been escalated. It seems the Consumer Rights Act 2015 is not applicable for customers purchasing from this seller.
