Sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. She found a cheaper different product for me as the one I wanted was discontinued. She went above and beyond to help me and I feel she is a valued member of the Currys team.
Purchased a laptop from Curry’s on their website. Great selection for all pockets. Settled on the one I liked and purchased it with ease. Delivery was next day and DPD have it for delivery tomorrow. I shall come back and update this review.
I received my online order on 06/01/2026, but it was faulty so I returned it on 11/01/2026. Currys emailed me on 27/01/2026 to confirm they had received my return and that a replacement had been sent. I was supposed to receive this replacement on 27/01/2026, however something went wrong with DPD and the parcel was either lost or misplaced.
Since then, I still have no product, no replacement and no refund. I have phoned Currys many times and all I am told is that they will “contact DPD”, but no one ever gets back to me and nothing moves forward. There has been no explanation, no timeline and no ownership of this issue.
This has now gone on for weeks and is completely unacceptable. Currys has had my returned faulty item since 13 January and I am still left without a product or a refund.
I am asking Currys to escalate this to their warehouse and logistics team and resolve it immediately, either by issuing my replacement or providing a full refund without any further delay.
I had a great experience shopping at Curry’s. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to explain the different options without any pressure. The purchase process was smooth, and delivery was well organised and on time. Good range of home appliances at competitive prices. I would definitely shop here again and recommend Curry’s to others.
Ordered an Apple watch at the start of January and I received a fake plastic copy, so I arranged a return and exchange, a month later and still no update on an exchange. All I get from customer service is that it hasn’t been scanned into the warehouse and that they’ll escalate it for me.. so basically an employee at curry’s stole the Apple Watch and when it returned to the warehouse they either binned the return or stole the rest so they could profit themselves..
I still have the serial number of the watch though so I’ll be involving the police with this matter after I get my refund.
Currys offer good quality products at competitive prices and provide excellent Customer service and are very helpful/give very good advice regarding the Items that they sell.-I am very pleased with my new Black Salter digital Kitchen Scales and Homedics glo Smart digital Bathroom Scales with 10% extra discount on both Items.-I recommend Currys to anyone.-Thankyou very much.
3 different customer care representatives and all told different stories non wanted to listen.
Basically told irrespective of whether id paid for next day delivery and had no communication from anyone on the delay that id just have to wait even though i pointed out i wouldnt be at home for the delivery now as id be at work thats why i went for next day service.
Had delivery charge refunded and compensated for delay helped non at all as DPD stated they still hadn’t received the item from currys yet i was told they had by currys.
Item is now classed as lost in transit as the DPD driver dumped it on my Neighbours door £180 worth of earbuds just left on a step no chap at the door nothing.
So now i have to wait on an investigation so i can get refunded for an item ive not received.
Then i can reorder and hopefully get them in my selected delivery day this time with no problems.
Last Representative i spoke to from currys flexpay was the most helpful and informative staff member and is the one that has actually pushed to get things moving so i can get my item.
Ordered a dishwasher with installation - installer turned up late and refused to install it as we have an ikea kitchen. Not because it doesn’t fit, but because he said that Curry’s don’t fit dishwashers into IKEA. There is nothing about this on their site and the last dishwasher was installed by Curry’s. The installer took the old dishwasher away and now we have a dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen floor still boxed blocking the sink where he left it!
Tried calling Curry’s but just being pushed around from one department to the other - no one seems to know what to do.
I purchased a MSI MAG 321URXW, the delivery was quick and everything arrived in perfect condition. The monitor itself is phenomenal as well, it competes with other brands while offering a significantly lower price. Definitely recommend.
I purchased a TV on Tuesday, e.mail to collect on Thursday, no TV store manager has no ideal . Emailed 2 other stores to find . Went home with promise of phone call to update on TV. Nothing they had 4 hours to call before store closed. Friday 11am no phone call or e.mail . Have contacted curry's 1 lady said she will send an e.mail 2 others hung up . Money has gone from my account but I have no TV. No way of speaking to bath store . Utterly let down and spoken to like I am in the wrong 😕
