Poor customer service

Gazebo seems ok. But they missed the screws. When I told them I needed replacements urgently they didn’t respond. Still waiting for the replacement screws. Slow service considering it was their fault.

Very bad experience with this company

Very bad experience with this company. I received a tent without the roof, which is an essential part. After filing a complaint on Monday, I still haven't heard anything back after four days. For the price paid, the service provided is absolutely not up to standard. I asked them to take back their product following their mistake and the financial damage caused to my business, and since then I haven't received a response.
