Review Time
I was slightly worried about buying outside of the UK for this purchased. I bought the 6m by 4m Flextent Pro Gazebo with window panels. Adam was very helpful prior to me buying and answered my queries very swiftly. My gazebo and the accessories arrived on time, very well packaged and delivered on a pallet. The gazebo did not take long to install and I am extremely pleased with its quality.
Bent and damaged product. Product received, built and discovered it was bent once it was put on wall by experienced installers. Contacted customer service, 5 days later get a response saying it was customer fault. An awning should be fit for purpose with strong metal arms. This was a return rehashed and resold. Terrible.
A month on from purchasing my Gazebo I have still not received the accompanying curtains, despite both ringing and Emailing Dancover.The parts I received are of a good quality but customer service seems non existent which is a shame.
I have now purchased my third original PVC marquee from Dancover and now have 3 different sizes. On all three occasions, the service has been efficient and the tents have arrived on time with no damage. As an existing customer and member, Dancover have been very generous in what they can offer extra, in addition to my purchases. I look forward to puchasing more accessories for my tents in the future.
Mario was a great help, even sending photos of his own gazebo in situ. We did not feel that that particular model would be suitable and he recommended an alternative, which we went ahead and ordered. It arrived yesterday (9th June) and we are looking forward to putting it together and using it for what we hope will be years to come.UPDATE: After-sales service is rubbish! Made contact to say that we had a part missing and a damaged roof panel. Submitted photos as proof and have heard no more!! Gazebo is therefore not fit for purpose unless and until these parts are received. Cannot update the date of experience to today's date of 17th June 2025.
Still waiting for the products, appalling service from your delivery company with poor communications and zero updates. They were purchased for an event that has now happened, had to beg, borrow and hire any gazebos we could find as a result. Will think twice about where we order from next year.
Ordered the gazebo paid in full then found out delivery on the due date was postponed due courier problems didnt realise the weight of my purchase comunication problem apparently took a day off of work to be in for the delvery also Got my delivery a few days later started to put the gazebo together and it has quite a few missing pieces and now i cant use my gazebo because its unsafe because of missing parts called Dancover direct had to do all my report online and i still havent recieved my missing components and cannot use my gazebo and the weather has been superb Was told by customer services this would be dealt with but this has not happened still waiting no one gets back to you my trust is lost with this company the product is ok if complete and on time so sorry to have to upload my experience but i am not a happy customer And to top it all the response i got from Dancover is through trust pilot they cant even contact me direct regarding my missing parts shocking customer servicenow 27/7/25 still no date on my missing parts this is very bad
