Purchased a second marquee. The quality has dropped significantly! Put it up for the first time, parts weren’t welded and missing, but the shocking part is…it only took one rainy day for a faulty pole to buckle under the pressure of rain! Clearly the pole had stress damage or something from new, this then caused the whole corner of a brand new 5x4m marquee to collapse in, bending 4 more poles.The kicker is - after speaking with customer service they said tough, it’s rain and not our fault! They are refusing to replace the poles and want us to buy more!Very poor after spending £600!!!My recommendation - go elsewhere
The item received was not what was advertised on their website. Poor instructions for self assembly as well as missing and wrong parts supplied. I can NOT recommend this company at all. They were given ample opportunity to resolve the issues and failed. Having completed the required forms and countless emails later they could not provide me with the required parts as they no longer supplied them. Leaving me with an incomplete structure.

And yet, this is the situation:-I received a damaged greenhouse-because I couldn’t use it, all my plants are dead-I now am out thousands of KR between lost plants and an expensive greenhouse that arrived brokenI write and write and write, I keep calling customer care to at the very least get a new cover for the greenhouse and yet no one is actually doing anything.This is so frustrating and unfair.They asked me already twice to send pictures, promising they will get back to me, and they never do.Last time I heard from them was the 8th of July. Today is the 18th.If you can take my money and answer reviews on trustpilot, you can also look at the pictures I sent you and realise what happened and send me a new cover.That doesn’t seem so much to ask.Will I ever get a new cover as I should from this company??
First we got a wrong product shipped to us and had to fulfill all kind of administrative work for a mistake we didn't makeThen we get the right product delivered and it is damaged Would you believe we are not really satisfied (euphemism) and we don't really feel we should recommend doing business with you ...we have a picture to prove the damage of course but can't upload it here
I purchased a pergola from Dancover on July 6, 2025, and to this day I cannot fully assemble it due to missing parts. I have filed a complaint three times (CL276784557), yet I keep receiving incorrect parts instead of the necessary ones (B21 and B22).Communication with the company is practically non-existent – my messages are ignored, and the issue remains unresolved. The pergola has been sitting half-assembled in my yard for months instead of being used during the summer as intended.This situation shows a complete lack of professionalism and a dismissive attitude toward customers. Simply checking the package contents before shipping would have saved time and frustration. Unfortunately, instead of a solution, I faced total indifference.I do not recommend buying from Dancover – if any problem arises, you are left to deal with it on your own.
