What a fantastic installer with excellent customer service. Bobby in the sales team provided so much knowledge with great communication. Dave, Ant and Nick in the installer team were so professional with a tireless work ethos and keen to help at any time. And finally Scott and Kate in the Admin Team who provided an invaluable and efficient service. Would absolutely recommend Deege Solar to install your system.
From my initial enquiry about solar, it became clear that this was not your everyday company. There was never any pressure, or buy what we want to sell you, I clearly remember the first contact I had with Rod (system designer), it was a case of how can we help you, what do you need. We had some issues throughout the process, however, they were dealt with swiftly and honestly by either Amy, Chloe or Kate in the office, then came the installation, the team were excellent, from Mick - who literally hit the ground running, and didn’t stop, through to David (MD), Scott, Anthony, Rich and Johnny - who came over from another job over an hour away very late in the day. The all worked hard, cleanly and explained anything and everything along the way, their work ethic and determination to finish the project in one day was clear to see from the start. There are a lot of companies out there, not just in the solar field, who could learn a lot from the way Deege operate, with honesty, determination to operate ethically, and passion for delivery of a top class product, with top level service. We happily spent £13k and had 16 Aico 450W panels, Growatt hybrid inverter and Growatt 6.5kW battery, a system I can’t recommend highly enough. All in all, an excellent company to deal with who treat you like a human, nothing is too much trouble for them, and the main one for me was the total honesty and dedication throughout from everyone I had contact with. Initial customer service provided was good, up to the point you sign a contract for works, then incredibly difficult to get a response from anyone at the company.Even with a 6 month lead time, my works were delayed by a month as they had overbooked. I was offered free bird barriers for this inconvenience - which when I pointed out they'd charged me £1k for in my order and i'd like this cost removed in that case, they quickly changed their mind and stated they were looking at the wrong order.In the mean time, another solar company contacted me offering a better price for a bigger, higher quality system on a much shorter lead time..On cancellation, you are told your money is returned in a month. After a month of silence, nothing.. It took constant phone calls, emails, and reference to both small claims court and my credit card company to claim this back (luckily chose this for protection, looking back).100% avoid. There are plenty other businesses doing this work at the moment, find a better quality outfit for sure.

Recently had a solar panel and battery kit installed as was feeling the impact on our household bills, was 50/50 at first but the MD himself reassured me I’d see the benefit within months ( when do you actually see a MD get involved that’s what really sold it) and to he’s credit I’ve seen a 50% reduction in bills and haven’t had to pay for my electric vehicle charge in 3 months ( I do 90 miles a day ) very professional team with real life management of the customer expectations, not like some solar sales that should of been double glazing salesman! So so happy made a huge difference to our living standard

I was recommended by someone who had used Deege. I have no complaints. Efficient, clean and tidy work, decent staff and David checked in directly with me thoroughly the beginning to end process. Our system was upgraded but we were not charged the extra for this. Our panels look great, the system is generating energy and all the staff were helpful and lovely.
