Being a food delivery rider for this service is nearly impossible. The customer support for riders is shockingly inadequate, which is evident from the numerous negative reviews. If you reach out for help multiple times without a response, they restrict your account, preventing you from earning and accessing your funds. After waiting two weeks for a reply about a promotional offer, my account was limited because I followed up too often. I can't recommend this service; my experience with another platform has been much better. They promise benefits like sick pay and promotions but fail to deliver. Their automated chat support is efficient, but human assistance is painfully slow.
Delivery took an excessively long time, and the food arrived cold. The chips were inedible, resembling cardboard. I requested a refund, but it was denied. I even initiated a dispute, which also ruled in their favor. The food was unappetizing, and they showed no willingness to address the issue. I highly recommend avoiding this service!
The packaging was insufficient, causing my order to be dropped outside my home and resulting in damages. I've requested a refund multiple times, but they won't issue one due to the lack of a photo of the dropped items. Truly terrible customer service.
I ordered fish and chips last night and paid for priority delivery it was nearly an hour and driver had another delivery en route food was cold very disappointing I couldn't change order to take priority off it cancelled my order! Ordered at 8.15 and arrived 9.15 not acceptable! Couldn't find a complaint procedure on the app.
The driver asked for my code, and after taking the bags, I realized it wasn't my order. Despite taking pictures and contacting support, they refused to issue a refund or send my correct order, claiming it had already been delivered. This is an absolute joke! I've lost £40 and won't be using this service again after two similar incidents in one week.
