I hired DirSCAM AND DECEPTION! Double billing, non-performance, and denial of refundectUnlocks to un

I hired DirectUnlocks to unlock a Motorola Razr 2024 (StraightTalk USA).Scam and Double Charge: They forced me to pay $28.99 (verification) and then an additional $50.00 (unlocking) under the threat of losing the first payment, totaling $78.99 USD (Orders: 12934277 and 12934296).Non-Compliance and False Justifications: The unlock, promised within 24 hours, never happened. Their support agent (Agent "Anna") tried to justify the failure by saying that my phone "didn't request a code," which was absolutely false, and I sent them a video as proof.Refund Fraud: After I proved their justification to be false, they refused to refund my money and only offered me "credit" to use in their store. This is a clear breach of service and a scam.WARNING: Don't waste your money. This company cheats on down payments, doesn't provide service, and refuses to refund when it fails. I demand an immediate refund of my $78.99 USD.

SCAM!!!!!

I’m messaging these guys to get a metro phone unlocked. They charge me $24 to tell me they can do it then I ask for another $54 to unlock the phone. Well guess what you cannot unlock a microphone as be active in the metro themselves will unlock the phone in 180 days now direct block is trying to say I owe them $74.99 well they have been turned in . And I’m about to report them to the better Business Bureau

Actually it happened when I didn’t…

Actually it happened when I didn’t think it completed. I have a 16 Pro Max and I was fixated on the SIM lock not flipping to None. I got an email very quickly saying it was done. Again I didn’t believe it. I paid more that I thought altogether which was 28.99 and 68.00 however while I was speaking with support and sent them a screenshot of what I saw although they sent me the data on my phone saying it was unlocked, I tested by activating with another carrier and to my surprise it worked. They are the truth.

An absolute scam

An absolute scam. Paid $267 for the premium service... which was anything but premium. The status never completed or failed, when I finally cancelled they issued a credit note instead of a refund. The credit note was only good for another unlock. Contacted their customer service to request a refund and got the same treatment... Automated responses saying they were escalating my refund request. DO NOT use this service. It does not work and you will end up disputing or initiating chargebacks to get your refund.

Very Bad.. Don't pay.. It cheats

Plz don't pay as It promises to unlock phone but just do eligibility check after first pay and then ask additional payment later.Even after second pay, phone doesn't get unlocked. They are not issuing payment cash back. Asking to use credit note for future service. I lost 60 use. This is a scam. Don't fall prey to it.
