It's a Trap !

Paid the initial £14.99 and thought great . Unlock my phone . Then after a 7min wait a message came up of 'awaiting final payment ' which turned out to be ANOTHER £30 ! After not wanting to throw the first payment away , i paid the extra. That's where my problems started! A message came up saying to wait another 10 days for the code ! I was straight onto C/Services, which i'm sure was Ai generated. Told me they would 'prioritise' my order. Anyway a code arrived after about 36hrs . Which turned out useless as it turns out my phone is in a deeper locked state . Which they probably knew already. Guess what . They want another £74 to sort it ! Forget it . Won't use this company again .

What went wrong is it said that my device was successfully FRP. Unlocked, I have paid a ridiculous amount of money to do this almost 3 times the amount that I can get it done on other websites. It is completely deceiving that you pay and then you pay again. And then it asks you a third time to pay for the USB unlock. Now, the USB unlock being a $129 is complete wacky, business, and that is highway robbery, because most of the phones are not even worth that amount of money. Once you finally get to the end of unlocking it, you're paying more to unlock it than the phone is even worth. Now my phone did not unlock, which is complete bogusness. I have emailed immediately when I got a congratulation. S your email, your phone is unlocked successfully, no one has ever emailed me back in its b******* Your return policy is b******* I did not even get any service of what I have tried to get on 2 separate phones I tried to network unlock a Verizon, it did not work then it gave me credit not my money back. It gave me a credit to use on your worthless website. Now that's not a review for you, I don't know what is, but I used you guys about 67 months ago as well, and that 67 Ago I didn't realize that it was just a different name. Not direct unlocks, but whatever the other company that you have, which is the same service online. Which sets you up for failure to spend all your money. That is not a success. I have not had a success one time with your company out of 3 times trying to do business and the second third time were an accident. The only reason why the third time was attempted is because I couldn't get my money back on my credit card. Now mark my words chime will be refunding me back. My money because you did not provide me any service. And this website should be stricken from the books. And not ever. Use\n D because it is complete hocus pocus bogus, bull honky.

SCAMMERS (DONT TRUST DIRECTUNLOCKS)

At direct unlocks they take 25$ to just check if your phone can be unlocked and another 55 to 100 dollars to unlock it don't trust it there scammers trying to get your money.Then I tried getting a refund and they said some bs about terms and conditions and it's non refundable. Never trust that scamming company.

FRAUD! Need my refund!

I am currently still waiting for my phone to be unlocked. I was told it would be unlocked in 7 days and it’s been longer than that. They blocked my from being able to chat with an agent about my status. And I have emailed them and it’s been days and still no response. I was informed that if I paid the premium service and it wouldn’t get unlocked I would be able to get a card refund and yet they are not offering that. Now they are wanting me to pay $99 dollars more besides the $266 that I have already paid. I was told this so many times from the agent that was giving me an update. As soon as I asked about refund they blocked me from being able to chat. I want my money back. This company is a fraud.Yes I want you to escalate and I need my refund. I will be getting with my lawyer because this is a scam. I was told multiple times if this would fail I would get a credit card refund and now things changed and wanting more money. Why would I pay so much instead of just getting a new hone makes no sense. I will be using all this information as reference with my attorney. They told me they would unblock me from the chat to communicate with me and yet they haven’t. Need my refund now! It’s been more than a month with this issue.
