Zero stars. They ghosted me after I asked for a refund. I am planning on reporting them for misleading and unfair business practices. They have essentially stolen over 200 dollars from me. They have even blocked me from contacting them and stopped responding to emails. I had been trying to unlock the phone with them since August 27. I don't understand how companies like this are allowed to exist.
Unlocked my Device through USB Remote work. Didn't think my device could be unlocked since I just up and left Tmobile without paying off my S25 Ultra.Took way less than 24 hours. Since the remote technicians were located in India, time zones are different so I had to stay up late. They work from like 9pm-4pm pst but worth it.

IMEI 865978041591927I paid $29 to DirectUnlocks for a full unlock service for my Huawei E6878-370. After payment, they suddenly demanded an extra $50 to complete the service. This hidden charge was never disclosed before I paid, which is misleading and unfair. I requested a refund, but so far their support has not resolved the issue. Be careful — this company uses hidden fees.
Scam! They say they can unlock your phone for $28.00, only to find out it's only to check for eligibility (which by the way you can get in other sites FOR FREE). After the eligibility check, the will suddenly charge you $80 to "fully unlock". But then there is no guarantee of successful unlocking. Their refund policy is also a scam.
