Pure Scam

First it doesn't take that long this is not my first rodeo nor have I previously needed any "checks" prior to having it done so that's the first two red flags and then after asking for more money and waiting days for an "instant" unlock they couldn't provide an unlock and failed to refund giving a credit for use on site. For the price you can easily get an unlocked phone online don't waste your money.

Network Unlock Service additional Fee?

August 18, 2025, I submitted a request to unlock my Samsung S24 FE from the AT&T Network. The charge was $24.00. Before I signed up, I checked the Terms and Conditions. This is where they have placed numerous conditions associated with their service in unlocking the phone, once you pay the initial fee. This Fee (on their web sign-up page) appears to be the only fee they will charge for their unlocking service. Unless you read the T&Cs, they will charge additional fees for their unlocking service. The extra fee they wanted before unlocking was the "unlock release fee" for $84.00, completing the unlocking service. Doing due diligence and contacting AT&T, they stated there was no "Unlock Release Fee" associated with their Network. Also mentioned it can take up to 72 hours for the unlocking service, and you have agreed to a 30 contract with them. Technically, they are correct, you need to be aware that extra fees will be charged, and place the onus on the customer(if you fail to read the T&C's) based on their Web Portal Design, they are legally correct, but (my viewpoint) it's a legal Bait and Switch Site that will cost you your initial unlock fee, if you are not aware of the extra Service Fee to unlock your phone. Per their T&C, there is no disclosure of the actual fees they can charge extra. Since I will not unlock my phone based on the extra fee, they have charged me $24 for their "Prechecked Fee" versus the actual unlock service fee. Will assume they will unlock my phone, if I pay $84.00 Fee, but it may or may not, based on other reviews. I have no confidence they will refund my money, since they will claim they have rendered the service we signed up for on the portal. Also, if they offer a Credit Note, it applies only to their service. In full disclosure, this is my experience only, and I am not suggesting that they are not a legitimate legal unlocking service for others. Otherwise, if you do not pay their Network Service fee unlocked be aware of the following: "Important! Please note that attempting to resubmit this IMEI while in process with our direct connection may cause the device to breach unlocking attempts and be rendered as permanently blocked on the network's database".
