Don’t waste your time and money

Complete Scam. Asks for you to pay €27 up front in which you then receive an email and I quote “Thank-you for ordering your unlock with DirectUnlocks”. To me this clearly states I have payed for the phone to be unlocked. I then am told the phone is ready to be unlocked but a small charge of €76 is required. Complete and utter scam. I understand it may be written in small print but the email I received clearly states I payed for the phone to be unlocked. Don’t waste your time.

Scam – Paid, No Code, No Refund

I placed an unlock order (#12904989) on 16/09/2025 for IMEI 354305004004946.After more than two weeks, DirectUnlocks has failed to provide the promised unlock code. Instead, I only receive repeated copy-paste “48-hour” responses from what seems to be an AI chatbot.Despite multiple escalations, there has been no result and no refund. Their website promises fast delivery and guarantees, but in reality they just keep delaying without providing the service paid for.This is unacceptable, misleading, and feels like a deliberate scam. I have now demanded a full refund and will escalate through my bank if it is not resolved immediately.⚠️ Avoid this service at all costs. Do not waste your time or money.***UPDATE after Reply from Direct Unlocks***Your reply is not acceptable. This is not cancellation after payment — this is non-delivery. Order placed 16/09/2025, promised in few hours, but still no unlock code after 13+ days. I demand immediate refund or I will escalate via chargeback.

Company lies about ability to unlock the phone and constantly upcharges. Their support is a bot, and they try their best to never refund you. Worthless fraud of a company

Unclear and deceptive

First officia i want to say is thispage company is shady the way they are unclear on there prices and procedures. The way that they dont tell you their is two times they want payment and just a coincedence that the first part of the process is nonrefundable which is not stated anywhere when your registering your account so they send you a link to get your unlock codes that u already paid for thebam they hit you with the unmentioned twice as much as the first payment charge.
