Very straightforward ordering and a quick response. It arrived on time. An early timeslot, but the lads who delivered it were very polite and quietly efficient taking the old bed away and putting the new one together in no time.Lovely comfy bed. We made the right decision to order from this firm.
Although the headboard we ordered was not the quality we had hoped for, the service received from this company was fantastic. Firstly the delivery was delayed due to the only day of snow in west wales, but we were notified of the problem every step of the way. Once our concerns were raised about the quality of the product, we were contacted not only by Divan Factory outlet but also by the manufacturer. A satisfactory conclusion has been reached and I would recommend this company.
Could have been 5stars if instructions had been included. Otherwise a very good experience. Good quality for money . Am quite satisfied but no instructions were included with order. No literature whats so ever. I would suggest this company to others if this was rectified.
