I think this Company has been excellent from my initial enquiry, to the final bed I decided on. They always called back, sent samples of fabric with no trouble, especially as I lost my first selection within hours of receiving them- nothing was a problem. The delivery guys were really helpful, and every measurement that you could possibly require was available on the site.. If I could, they would get 10 stars!
I was expecting the ottoman to arrive as a flat pack but it was practically fully built up apart from having to connect gas struts and install the feet which simply push in. The whole bed worked perfectly with no movement of mattress on the non-slip topper. Delivery guys were polite and helpful ringing me half and hour before they were to deliver.
