If I could give less than one star

If I could give less than one star, I would. I wish i had read the reviews first. Cheap nasty items. LOUSY returns policy, you think I would have learned read the small ( hidden) print. Absolute crap. And the customer service is even worse than the product, they have the money and they dont care. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. OR COVID.

Item was cheap, sizing is way off, I waited 3 weeks for delivery and the return policy is such a hassle people don't bother and just bite the loss! I will never buy from them again! If they don't send me a size medium im going to be very mad! I have photos

Please avoid this company at all costs. My items finally arrived this week and to say the items were disappointing is a massive understatement - they are absolutely laughable. I ordered the correct size for myself and with both the trousers and jumper i could fit at least three of me in both. Apart from the unbelievable sizing issue, the quality of these items is absolutely shocking!!!!! Honestly i could make a bin bag look better. I messaged the Company to start a return and they have informed me the items are no longer under warranty and i cannot return them. I have questioned this as i cannot see why that would be as i only received the items this week (after many weeks of waiting). Please dont use this Company as they are a waste of time and money

this website has been a joke from the very beginning. They had no problem deducting my money, but I wasn’t even able to move through their calendar to be able to enter my birthdate, so I backed out of the site and decided not to proceed forwardI have contacted customer service on numerous account accounts, wanting a refund for the money they deducted from my account and they keep sending emails back to me saying I have to go through their website and complete a seven day processI have stated numerous times through emails that I’m not going to waste my time by going through there “”seven steps and yet they still will not refund my moneyI was not on their site for more than 10 minutes before I asked for a refund. do not get scammed by this site. I’m sure I will never see my money back.

I was charged 2× 19.99 and another…

I was charged 2× 19.99 and another charge of 15.19. I did not know about two of the charges. And refunding is a joke! I will be reimbursed for 50% of one 19.99 charge. The charge for 15.19 id nonrefundable. Im at a loss for words with this company.

This place is a scam don’t use them

This place is a scam don’t use them, they charged me for multiple subscriptions and I was then not allowed to claim back my money even though i requested it in 24hrs of purchased. They gave me some crappy downloadable pdf that cost £20 and said because they sent it to me they can’t refund it. Pricing isn’t transparent and overly complicated to use. Don’t bother! I then went and looked on their Instagram and everyone had said the same thing.

Avoid. They take money out without permission

I wish I'd done my research. They've tricked with with additional payments to the trial period. They took 3 payments and refuse to give a refund and PayPal have agreed even though I didn't authorise the additional payments.

TERRIBLE return policy. Avoid

I ordered a $160 MOB dress. I did not care for the fit or the fabric and initiated a return. I followed all the return requirements - was only tried on once and had ALL the tags attached which I showed them in an email - but the return was rejected. For no reason at all. They tried offering me $20 to compensate. I rejected this offer and they kept going up by $5 increments. They ended at $45 (for an $160 item). No reputable company has this type of return situation. I informed them that I will be writing bad reviews.

Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service. My items were delivered to the wrong address. They sent me a pic of the package in someone else’s doorstep but still insisted it was delivered to the address I gave them. Sent them pics of my blue house next to the pic of the tan house the package was left at, and they still insisted. They refuse to make it right. They won’t give me the name of the carrier they use, they won’t refund and they won’t even send another package. I would never recommend that anyone order from here.

I have ordered a dress which is faulty. I have emailed twice & sent a message through instagram but have not had a reply! Nit good service at all i would nit recommend them. I also have a dress that i can’t wear due to the fault.
