Review Time
It seems I'm having the exact same experience as everyone else (majority); ordered in November, when no being told it wasn't available, when I mentioned I'd like to postponed, it was shipped; and since Dec 13, it still says clearance in progress. I checked with Royal Mail, they told that a package in clearance for over a week is not right. Either it is lost, but I don't think I'll ever get my money back. I work in customer service, I should have known better and check the reviews before purchasing. Must be scam. I don't think I'll ever see my money back, absolute disgrace.l taking advantage like that. And Yes, I did submit a ticket on your website today (third one in a month).
Absolutely 💯 ridiculous . Ordered six items questioned why they have not even been processed to be tild they are unavailable. Then told five of them items would be shipped in 1 to 3 days but one was not avaliable . Asked for it to be taken off and refunded and the rest shipped. To then be told all the other items are jot available. Asked for a refund still waiting on reply. Never use this site it's absolute trash
I ordered three things, a total of over $100. They shipped to the wrong address. Even though it was their mistake, they refused to refund my items or send a replacement. Terrible, terrible customer service. Terrible experience. AVOID!
I was quite happy about the first 11 deliveries: the quality was quite good most of the times and they have pretty clothes you do not find everywhere. I always paid the little extra fee insurance to make sure that I did not lose my money if they lost the package.Unfortunately, last time I ordered, I received a message that they tried to deliver the package, but that I was not at home (which was not even true, because I was at home the whole day), but they would pass by a few days later. A few days later I received a similar message, again untrue, I was at home, but this time they also wrote the package was shipped back. I wrote Dresslily immediately and they told me to not worry and just wait a few weeks: when they received the package back, they would refund my money.But they didn’t. After a few weeks they told me the package got destroyed and it was my fault I did not receive the package, because I was not at home and did not collect the package, so I would nor receive a refund. After a lot of discussion I would receive a coupon of 30% of what I lost. Eventually, after a lot more discussion, they heightened it to 60% and in money instead of a coupon. Lost part of my money, never ordered again. The risk is too high.
Orderd 6 items. 4 not ok. Other 2 poor quality but I guess ok.Refund process is stupid. They don't refund whole amount despite saying they have. Won't provide calculation of how they've come to refund amount. now just ignoring me. Definitely would not recommend.
