I adore Dresslily! Nearly my whole wardrobe is from them at this point. The app is easy to use and offers discounts not available on the regular site. They include size charts with each item so as long as you know you're measurements, you should always get the right size. I'm a medium (US) and usually medium is right on the site, but there's been two times I needed a large and once a small. Awful they messed up my address sent my package to the wrong state and claim they can't change it because it's been shipped. I've submitted several tickets requesting them to send it to my actual address the one I gave them in the first place. I even sent screen shots proving that they messed up my address. They just keep arguing with me that they can't change it and have not offered any way to reconcile the order. Oh also the customer service person claimed it was my fault that it got delivered to wrong place...
I love everything that I have ordered and so does my daughter. The clothes are our styles and super cute. They fit well. A medium is a medium. The customer service was good when I didn't like something they were quick to refund the money with credit which I didn't mind cause I just bought some other stuff.
I ordered swimwear and some turned out too big. I have now been trying to return them for over a week. The process is ridiculous, you have to contact customer service who send you an e-ticket and say they will be in touch for 24 hours, I have now sent 2 in the past 10 days and had nothing back. Will never be ordering again.
My overall experience with shopping on this site has been amazing. There is always new stuff to see. They always have different sales or events going on to make things affordable and they always have popular styles. I have ordered art least 4 times from the app and am always looking at new stuff as it comes out. I plan to order again and have already shared the site with friends. The only down side is shipping takes a while but they are upfront and honest about it. My stuff always arrives before the timetable they say. Very pleased with shopping experience.
