Big fan of this brand.Took a chance a few months ago and bought a dress. I loved it so much that since then I have probably purchased around 15 additional items that cost/alternative range is amazing. I honestly think it’s the best place to go to if you want to buy alternative clothing.With regards to the sizing, I find it is quite accurate I always order my normal dress size. A lot of the materials are high. Stretch always good to read the product description before ordering.
My package was delivered to the wrong address by the courier company (I have another issue with them) Dresslily are telling me get my refund from the courier company which I can not do as I am not the sender. I am waiting my last reply from them regarding sending me a refund and claiming their money back through the courier which is the correct process before I open a dispute with the bank for my refund. This is the 2nd time I have ordered and my 2nd problem so I will not be using the company againTheir reply says they are responsible for packages but their email reply to me says that the buyer is responsible once it ships and it’s my problem. They do not care about the customer
I ordered 2 outfits from Dresslily. They never showed up. They were sent with fraudulent shipping. Usps unable to help. 2 months of dealing with Dresslily then PayPal. Horrible! In the end I was only given a credit on PayPal. I don’t recommend Dresslily. Unless you want to give away your money!Dresslily is a scam. After posting this review they contacted me vis email. Told me I needed to close my PayPal case for a refund. My case was closed. Sent them screenshots. Only to be told my refund would be processed to my card upon giving card information. Contacted PayPal immediately as I have never had a company do this. PayPal immediately issued the refund. Don’t believe the Dresslily responses on here. The company is on the better business bureau website as fraudulent site due to thousands of complaints. From now on I will research a company before I purchase!
Placed an order for my wife. Bought insurance to protect the package which ended up being just extra money to the company that didn't protect me at all. Supposedly they shipped the package but there was no shipping email received. The package never arrived despite the claim from the company that it was delivered on not only a Sunday, but a holiday when nobody was making deliveries. The company did absolutely nothing to help. They have my money, they have the clothes that I bought, and they are doing nothing. Scammers. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. You're taking a risk if you try your luck.***Regarding the reply here from dresslily, We went through weeks of back and forth through a support ticket and you flat out REFUSED to help so please stop pretending here on Trustpilot that you do. I will post word for word your replies if necessary.
Ordered two combination sets for my wife, the tops were too small as unbeknownst to me, their sizes rum real small and not compatible to US. Contacted their customer service for return and they replied that they would only return 1/5th of the purchase price and to keep the items which one item had a seam that was unsewn. Items look good in the website but very poor quality and customer service. Would not purchase any merchandise from this company ever again.

Never buy from dresslily! They seriously have the worst customer service EVER!!! The dresses are cute but if you buy a dress and it doesn't fit they will ignore all of your requests for a full refund. They only offer you a quarter of what you paid for that item and ask you to give the dress away to someone else that might fit it. Any and all requests for a full refund will be completely ignored. For example, If you paid $30 for a dress they will only give you $10 back and ask for you to give the dress away. They will offer you a couple return options but only respond if you take the partial refund option. They are only concerned about themselves and their money. They do not care about their customers. I always have issues with dresslily.
Kept seeing ads on Facebook for this site and usually I don't check them out, but the dresses were 'so me' I had to. Turns out their stuff is really good at a decent price and so far everything has fitted as it should be! I'm slowly replacing bits on my wardrobe with Dresslily pieces as they are quirky and nice!
