False & misleading free shipping + poor customer service.

They advertise free shipping on their website but charge me for shipping anyway. I had several items in my cart, and I was prompted to add $8 more to receive free shipping, so I added another item. I was still charged for shipping. I contacted customer service and was told because I purchased in Canadian dollars, I didn't meet the threshold of $59 (which is apparently USD even though it doesn't say that). However, their shipping policy indicates $89 for free shipping in Canada. I had spent $111 before tax.So, I submitted a ticket through their website and was told they couldn't afford to ship it for free because Canada Post was on strike, so they had to use a more expensive shipping option. Fair enough, but update your shipping policy and don't mislead your customers with false information on your website. Since I was prompted to add more to my cart for the free shipping, I asked them to remove and refund me for the item I had added. They said they would, but they haven't.

Great selection of clothing

Great selection of clothing and found items for un upcoming party after searching forever in other shops and online. Good customer service too.Though I wanted to return some items and was offered to keep the items and be refunded in store credit, which I think is a great option.

Hello there was a payment of 44 pound took out bank. Now when I started with your company it didn't give me any information about that so I want my money put back and I want to unsubscribe from your company

No customer service after sale

This was my second order. The first went great except the shirt was a bit too large. I ordered another shirt except a xl instead of a 2xl. Well they shipped me a small and told me that is what I ordered. I’m 6’3” and a small isn’t going to work. Been asking how to return but no responses so far.

Only way of contacting the Support center doesn't work - so no solution

I wanted to submit a ticket for refund because the shipped items are either too small or/and of poor quality. Point is that I can't submit a refund ticket: after filling out all cells and hitting "submit" there is only a browser error code to look at: "bad gateway: error 502". Tried with different browsers and from different IP-adresses. So fault is not on my side. The majority of the order is still yet to come. over 200 euros in total. I'm leaving the country for vacation and I can't get that stuff refunded and expect the same with the rest. I'm pissed. Support center would'nt let me get in touch directly or any other way than to try submitting a ticket

They shipped it to the WRONG address…

They shipped it to the WRONG address now say there is nothing they can do about it!! So now I'm out $38 and a top I really wanted.

Order never received after 2 months

Order never received after 2 months, no order updates/courier information. Their 'shipping company' can apparently mark at delivered days or weeks before actually even attempting. How does this makes sense? Then to try and use it as evidence.Total scam.

DON"T EVER USE DRESSLILY

You should offer an option of zero stars. The purchase was promised to arrive in 9-12 days, 23 days later it has not shipped. The only way I found to contact them is through submitting a ticket. In filling out a ticket, I copied and pasted the information about my order straight from their website. They told me that my order number only had 8 numbers, but their order numbers have 16 numbers, denying that I had ordered anything.The Better Business Bureau rating for Dresslily is F. If you have not used a company before go to BBB and check them out. Also, on the website I ordered from they had a California address. Turns out they are actually in Hong Kong. If I'm not clear, Dresslily has earned a -1,000 stars! My last hope is to get my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Items haven’t arrived- Avoid this website!!!

Items haven’t arrived! First time shopping on this website. Ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses, should have arrived ages ago! I should have researched and looked for reviews! I have emailed and tried to track the order which won’t work. The website doesn’t recognise my email!and the email address has the profile picture of an Asian man not the website logo! I have raised this as fraud with my credit company! I want my money back!! The website is leely uk but seems to be linked to dresslilly!

Slightly worried I won’t receive my order. I ordered 2 sizes in a dress 11 days ago but have heard nothing from the company. I’ve tried emailing, messaging in chat box and Instagram and nothing!!!! Is this company a scam? There is 0 contact.
