I ordered 7 items from this company, I needs to send 4 back. There are no instructions on how to do this. I also can’t find a contact number on their app. I won’t be ordering from them again sorry.

Never again

Never again, shipped order to wrong address and have refused to help rectify the problem. Been in touch with their customer service for over two weeks and all I have recieved is empty apologies as well as the refusal to redirect parcel, as per instruction of the delivery company and the lovely message of how they 'won't be compensated so there will be no refund'. I payed the extra insurance they offer on their deliveries too. A lovely £75 down the drain

Missing item, no refund, frustrating customer service

Most of the clothes that came in were well made, the sizing can be really tricky so you have to look at the measurements and kinda figure out by the type of material how things will fit. If it wasnt for the missing item that i will explain later, I wouldve recommended them but:One item from a 6 item order was never sent due to a stock issue and they DID NOT contact me or give me a refund for that missing item. Ive been trying to get refund since the shipment came in about 2 months ago and ive been getting the run around. They are either not good with english or they are playing dumb but either way, they gave the run around and never gave me my money back for the missing item. It was also very difficult to communicate with them as their system would not let me start a case on their website/app and would not let me reply to them when they started a case so I had to send a new email everytime i wanted to speak to them. So basically, you take a chance with this company.

Dresslily 4/5 stars

Dresslily charge on my card shows as “shen zen shi fa” and I almost called the bank and had my card cancelled because I didn’t recognize what it was and I had to do some investigation to learn it was dresslily. Besides that 1 annoying fact, the majority of my purchases from them have been good. Shipping is really slow, you MUST go by their size chart or the items won’t fit you. I’m a size 4 dress USA, and I had to order an XL size dress according to their chart, I followed their measurement chart and the “XL” did indeed fit me. Overall I have bought 8 items from them and only 1 of them I wasn’t really happy with (a dress that ended up looking more like a nightgown than an actual dress 👗 because the material was spandexy and fell really flat) but I kept it anyways, I didn’t want to deal with refunds and returning back to China on my own shipping dime. Currently waiting on a new order of items to arrive, I expect they will be just as good as the last.1/23/23 updateMy 2nd order arrived today. Changing my review from 4 to 5. I feel like the shipping was a bit faster than last time. All the items fit me well and they are all super cute and look just like the advertised photos, which is the reason why I’m changing my review. Out of everything I’ve ordered there was just the 1 dress, that wasn’t what I expected but I still kept it. I’ve now received 11 items from them and only one of them was meh. For online shopping that’s pretty good. But again, make sure to follow their size chart, each item has their own size chart, it’s not the same across all items. So go get a soft tape measure and measure yourself or you can use string and then measure the string against a hard tape measure.

Bad return process

I ordered almost 12 tops from dressily. They were delivered faster than expected, no issues with that. But 3 tops were very loose and not as what I expected. I wanted to return them and asked about return process. They said that they can do partial refund and that there’s no need to return the items. They said that they can excuse for once because that was ny first time using Dressily. I don’t think I will go with Dressily again, because if the return process.

Item “Unavailable.”

Garbage. I ordered an sweater dress, paid, and then received no communication until I received the inevitable “Item unavailable” emails with offers of a refund or—their preferred option—a credit toward another item. I passed. I have seen this same bait and switch scam a couple of times before and from now on will not shop from any company based in China. Too often they are out of stock due to popularity and a delayed ordering system or had to close down unexpectedly or some other ridiculous excuse. It’s all crap.

Horrible company

Horrible company. Made 1 order and got my things. Took a long time but i got them. Placed a second order and received half my items. Tried to get an answer from them and answered all their questions when I did and finally after months they told me it was my fault for not being home or pick up my package. A package that never arrived. On top of that i did not even get a refund for my items but was told tough luck. Worse company ever.

I love shopping at Dresslily

I love shopping at Dresslily. I live in USA and it takes about 2 weeks to recieve an order when shipped. I always read and look at the measurements of every item paying attention to how much stretch the item has and compare to my own measurements when ordering and everything has always fit perfectly. I don't normally have to reach out to support but when I do I find their replies are timely and they truly care about my concern and work to correct it. I look forward to continuing to order from them
