I purchased for the first time with this company with 2 items, one outfit was kept and I sent the other one back, they refused to refund me even though I sent it back recorded delivery, I have several emails from them saying they are trying to send out the item again and not listening to me saying I do not want it back I just want a refund and they are still refusing. DO NOT GET NOTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!
They have some cute unique items, but it’s very comparable to stuff you can buy on Amazon. With Amazon at least you get an easy returns policy which is critical to buying clothing unseen. Dresslily allows you to return anything unworn but you are responsible for paying return costs to Germany. Yeah, you read that right, GERMANY. What???
Great experience. Ordered from here for Christmas presents and they made it in time for Christmas and fit my wife perfectly. A lot of these sites you order something and when you get it it's a significantly lower quality item that doesn't look like the pictures. That is NOT the case with dresslily. Item looked and fit exactly like the pictures. Very satisfied
So I purchased something from DressLily a few weeks back and wanted to relay my story of their scam maneuver so people are informed.They have a 30-day money back policy. I ordered a dress that came in a completely different measurement than was on their site and didn't fit. When I contacted them about the sizing issue, they offered me 2 choices. An exchange in which they would send a correct size, or a refund. I chose the exchange.They then contacted me to say they were out of stock even though their store was "in stock." They offered me a refund but of only a fraction of the price. I paid almost $60 and they said they'd refund $13. I declined and escalated to Pay Pal.They asked me to remove my claim from Pay Pal or they would not resolve it with me. I said i would remove it after a resolution. They refused to chat in the Pay Pal dispute chat. I didn't trust them because once you take down a dispute in Pay Pal it's permanently closed and cannot be reopened.At this point they told Pay Pal they would offer me a $5 refund. Less than what they first offered. Of course I declined.They lied to Pay Pal saying I got exactly what I ordered and Pay Pal didn't even contact me to ask questions even though I gave ample proof.Do NOT deal with this seller. They have cute stuff, yes, but they are terrible as a vendor. I DID contact them and went through their ticket process. They refused to give a refund as per their policy. They kept delaying and trying to offer a "partial refund" to keep the item which is just telling me to keep an item no good to me for a discount.They also commented on their sizing chart. Their sizing chart was wrong. I measured myself and ordered accordingly and 2 measurements were 2 inches larger. I proved this in photos and Pay Pal finally issued a refund and they're only replying now because they lost.
Your company failed to provide the dress in time. I paid for express shipping and it was not until I notified your company 11 days AFTER the order was placed AND PAID FOR, that I received a response that my order "was on its way". NOT acceptable.
