Review Time
I will admit I to was concerned with my order from Dressliy as well. But I did catch their shipping statement as clearly stated; "allow up to 30 days".I did, the back end follow thru UPS fell short on the US side. But my full order arrived just fine.I give Dressliy 3 stars, and will order again. However;I'm keeping this order small yet as well. Not necessarily from Dressliy end. But a bit of a shortcoming within the meshing of algorythms of on line orders is all.So what, they came thru for me and I'm looking forward to ordering more of their clothing...
I had no issues when it came to dresslily. Their sizing was easy to understand. The dress I ordered fit perfectly with surprisingly no issues at all. I was worried at first that it wasnt going to be good quality when looking at the site but in person it was comfortable and fit like a glove.
I ordered 2 dresses on 1/29/22 and they made it to Alaska on 2/9/22. I had paid for expedited shipping and that was the expected delivery date. I figured "okay. Shipping delays. It will be fine." But now it is 34 days later and I have talked to FedEx customer service and DressLily customer service. FedEx is at least attempting to be helpful but DressLily has to file any reimbursement requests since they are the shipper. DressLily offered me a third of the order price and said I wasn't entitled to anything because I didn't purchase the insurance. I told them to keep it because I already had the worst experience of my life and would never order from them again. NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!EDIT: They finally offered me a full refund so I added 1 star. I am still disappointed that I had to kick up such a fuss to get it though. I can't in good conscious give them more than 2 stars.
I was really worried after ordering a dress from here when I read the reviews online. However, my dress arrived within the time slot stated - it is good quality and looks the same as it did on the website. Just wanted to give hope to those in the same position as I was!
Excellent store. You have to have a little patience before it gets to you, but the track&trace info was spot on. I ordered 3 dresses and they all fit perfectly. I got one dress a size bigger and I'm glad I did that, but the other two are perfect. I haven't got any contact with the customer service, but I didn't need to.
