Review Time
I had a horrible experience at DRIVALIA HEATHROW with this dishonest and bullying car company I never experienced anything like this and I rent car regularlyFirst of all it took half an hour to arrive to the branch to pickup the car from the terminal then waited an hour to get the car that already had issues before even starting my day!! Yet still the rental company convinced me to take it even though they had a choice to give me another car even though on insisting it might brake down they told me no it won’t as we don’t have other cars we are fully booked!! but then they said if I want another car I have to pay for an upgrade even though it was a same group car which I declined so I eventually took the broken car that had a lots of issues in which I had to bring back to get another car which that this time around was so dirty that I had to clean the windows myself which the whole process wasted my whole day as I was in England only for a long weekend and the staff at counter are very sleazy and bullies on top of that they were very pushy and in your face asking to leave them a positive feedback with 10/10 they even bagged for it before I even started my day then at the check out they it took almost an hour to check me out that almost cost to miss my plane and I think it’s their tactics so you can give up and leave without being present to check the car with them so they accuse you of all sorts of lies just so they can charge your credit card for something you haven’t done!! So when finally they decide to check me out the guy went to check the car one of the arrogant member of staff I think his name is Saj or Raj don’t real remember exactly what was his name a balled guy with a goat beared asked me to wait in the office while he went to check the car that took him forever and I had to go out and look for him he suddenly found a damage on the tyre which he claimed that I returned the car like that and I can assure you I returned the car the best possible way cleaner with no damage to it compared to the way they gave it to me. Hand on heart that checkout guy slashed the tyre himself in purpose and tried to scam me to get more money of me and do an insurance claim so I had to make a whole fuss about it and stand my ground for them to back down at some point they backed down and pretended they were letting me of the hook as a goodwill gesture after another colleague came in told them that I already had a bad experience at the pick up time where they wasted my whole day, with respect to one or two staff at the counter that acknowledged I already had shit day with their broken car he maned up to that… the rest they are a bunch of thugs, scammers and bullies… that branch should be investigated ASAP!! Soon enough you will be on watchdog…AVOID AVOID AVOID this company don’t rent from them especially if you don’t have the energy and the muscle to stand up to them they will gang up on you at all costs I have never seen anything like that before how can this be allowed and not audited. Lets not mention all their feedback are either fake or forced the people to give 10/10 just like they tried with me AVOID AVOID AVOID
