I registered on the Vida XL platform two days ago, but I have been unable to access my account since then.
I have already sent several emails requesting assistance, but I have not received any response so far. I have also tried clearing the website cache and using different browsers, but the issue still persists and I am still unable to log in.
Additionally, I sent a message requesting a refund due to this unresolved problem, but again I have not received any reply.
Could you please look into this matter as soon as possible and either restore access to my account or process the refund?
I would appreciate your prompt response.

Been working with vidaXL since 2020Pros- Good 30 day return option.- Easy to set up- Big variety of products Cons- Customer service's fixed answers. They don't really read the email carefully. You need 2-3 emails to solve some issues. - Product quality can be improved. Lots of products arrive damaged.- Small profit margin. - Packaging is branded with Vidaxl logo.- Times to dispatch orders increased dramatically - No Parts available for many productsWe hope that things will improve and increase their standards quickly.
Good platform and Good service.Since I have graduated from my colleague, I built a partnership with vidaXL and started my drop-shipping business. This platform helps me a lot and my account manager also helped me a lot. I'm looking forward to our next steps.
Customer service is hopeless, A customer wanted to return a product (unopened) and needed the item to be picked up. 3 weeks down the track the item still hadn't been picked up. We contacted the courier who had no record of a pick up and no consignment number. To top it off, Vidaxl b2b now charges the customer for all returns. Very unprofessional.

The service is a f.ing joke!At the moment we are still in an cooperation with vidaxl, but we are trying to cancel it. Not only that you have to pay extra for every country you are planning to ship. When its time to refund the money, because the quality is very poor, and the customers aren't satisfied, then you have to write 20+ emails to get the money out of their account!! Not only that you can't find a support number, they have several email addresses on the site, but anytime you want to write them, they transfer you to another department. That department on the other hand, doesn't respond. Only if you bomb them with emails. The Chat is quite nice though, but can't do nothing only answer your questions, but can't do anything about it. Whats the point of chatsupport that doesn't support?Long story short - after the 20st email they wrote me back to highly recommend to me that I leave the funds in the account but if we still want to refund the customer we should pay 5 Euro for the payout.I think they don't understand what dropshipping means For this answer I fought since the first week of June, and we still don't got the money. That's absolutely unacceptable behavior for a supplier. Long story short, we now are facing problems with customers, Shopify payments and Paypal, because of their lack of interest and competence. Also the company isn't in Netherlands, that's only to scam customers. All the support contacts are asian descent, so maybe it would be better to go straight to AliExpress or else. Please save your money nerves and credibility and don't plan on working with them. EDIT after response: They did reach out but only gave us the money that belongs to our customers for the refunds, but because the customers had to wait more then one month for a refund we wanted the refund of the monthly subscription too, because they don’t provide the service they advertise for. The business is gone because of their „service“ and we have additional costs because of that. The response of they reached out and found a settlement is not true. We only got the money back that our customers paid for the goods, but why we had to beg for? We are just sick of this and want to move forward. Emails that I wrote in the beginning of June are only now responded to. First they marked our trustpilot review as a fraud - when they realized that this didn‘t worked they posted this generic response. NO - we aren’t satisfied with the provided support. Send us back the monthly subscriptions at least for the timeframe we asked for!!
I have dropshipped orders amounting to more than €12,000 through vidaXL. The prices are far from competitive, and the quality of the products is very poor, often incompletely delivered, leading to numerous complaints. This results not only in a poor customer experience but also in significant time wastage and frustration. They package all products in their own brand packaging, which encourages customers to order directly from vidaXL next time. I still have a balance on my vidaXL account that I wish to withdraw. Despite multiple emails, which they usually respond to quickly, I now receive no response to my request to refund the money. I strongly advise future dropshippers to avoid vidaXL. It brings you nothing; only vidaXL benefits from it.Update 23-6-2024I want to emphasize that I did use the correct email address, dropshipment(at)vidaxl.com. And again like many times before, no response has been received.Attempting to shift blame onto the customer by suggesting I used the wrong address is cowardly. As a professional company, you should strive for better customer service and transparent communication.Unfortunately, your prices are far from competitive, and the quality of the products is consistently poor. Many orders arrive incomplete, leading to numerous complaints, packaging all products in vidaXL’s own brand.I will attach a photo of my immediate follow-up email on your reaction to prove that I did reach out and what youre suggesting about reacting (usually) in 1 working day, no reaction as you can see. If somebody has a question about a financial issue, what is not in your benefit, you’re not replying.You don’t want to pay your customers back is my conclusion, you’re just robbing people in this way. I hope I can warn people in this way, who want to do business with you. Update 6-7-2024After several more emails, still no response. You can see in the following VidaXL reply that they claim they want to help. They requested my details, but haven’t done anything with them. I suspect they asked for these details because if you don’t provide them via Trustpilot, your review gets taken down. this company continuing not following through on promises. If we do not receive a response, we will pursue legal action.
