I booked a rental car through Easy Terra, supplied by Niza Cars in Málaga. Very soon after driving away the clutch/gearbox was problematic—it became impossible to shift gears at times, creating a terrifying and very unsafe situation on the Spanish highway. Multiple times, the clutch simply wouldn’t respond; I was in tears and terrified to continue driving. I called Niza , they said to come to them so I did. When I returned the vehicle trembling and overwhelmed, I hoped for an apology, a swift resolution, or at least a refund. Instead, I was met with complete indifference: Niza Cars dismissed my request for a refund outright and claimed no fault—and provided no care or empathy. They offered a new car but I was to scared to drive the super busy Spanish roads. I then reached out to Easy Terra, only to wait over three months for any response. Eventually they replied, stating that they checked with Niza, the car was fine and that I had no entitlement to compensation or refund.Overall, this experience was deeply traumatic, poorly handled, and unacceptable.Never again.
WARNING in case of an emergency or flight delay Easy Terra cannot be reached via the telephone numbers mentioned on you car rental voucher...mentioned telephone numbers appeared not to be in use!!!With a flight delay from Amsterdam to Madrid I tried to contact Easy Terra immediately as indicated on their voucher without succes. On my arrival in Madrid my car rental contract was cancelled and paid monies Euro 450 lost!! Also returned home again trying to contact customer services of Easy Terra for a refund was very hard, frustrating and unsuccesfull.PLEASE BE WARNED for doing business with EASY TERRA proven to be a very unprofessional, harmfull and dishonest car rental platform.
Worry free label is not worry free when you return the car outside the opening hours of the rental company. My claim was refused for this reason. I returned the car at 5:00 am. This is mentioned in the terms but not clearly on their site. Not so worry free after all. Cost me 300€. Sure they are scamming customers together with the rental company as my car had no damage, and the pictures I took to prove it where not accepted.
Easyterra gave us a contract with Budget in Olbia, Italy. Expenses for 2nd driver estimated on 140 euro, payable when returning the car. Amount to be paid was our 204,97. seems on top op our 140 we had to pay 20pct airport tax plus 22% VAT. My opinion is that Easyterra can be more specific as it is quite a difference and Budget was not able to explain. Otherwise our experience with Easyterra (and Budget) was very good!

I recently had a disappointing experience with Autoverhuur Schiphol and Easyterra while trying to pick up my rental car at Schiphol Airport. The issue arose because I presented my digital driver's license from Dubai. I was informed that I needed a physical driver's license to complete the rental. However, I did have my physical international driver's license with me, alongside my digital license.Despite this documentation, my rental was denied, and I was charged unexpected fees. I reached out to customer service, and while Yannick promptly responded and expressed regret, my request for a refund was denied because they stated I had not met all rental conditions. This was frustrating, especially since I did have the necessary paperwork.I appreciate the quick response from customer service, but I believe more flexibility in accommodating valid documentation would greatly improve customer satisfaction.
Two stars as I could reach the service desk, who were unable to assist. Rented a car via EasyTerra.nl, to find out upon collection that the rental company requirement is an embossed creditcard, which is due to current fraudulent landscape very old fashioned anyway. In the rental agreement it states that it MAY BE a requirement, in this case it was an obligation or one had to pay a fine....and guess what, almost to the cent equal as renting the car for a full week. Changing the reservation to a company without an embossed creditcard requirement was not possible and cancelling the reservation was at total cost of the agreement. This meant we had no options and EasyTerra felt they had done sufficiently by the vague statement that an embossed creditcard could be necessary, but up to me to find out prior arrival apparently, for them the money was in the pocket, right? It was my worst experience renting a car in many years of renting cars and having to go through the games rental companies play at times. Most come to reason at some point, not EasyTerra. Never again. Service to me includes informing your clients sufficiently. They failed and refuse any responsibility.
