Hi, I’m a foreign guy with the family of 3, I was on contract with another energy company , my old son leaves closer to my house and he said to change to EDF! I tried 2 months ago, the website is easier, because I’m not 100% good on computer I tried by phone! No robot to dodge your calls, in 2 minutes I was speaking with a real person, ( Stewart , Team 10E ). who was so kind and helpful! Solved my problem in less than then 5 minutes! Stewart said the update will happen in 24hours, I thanked him and in less then 30 minutes everything is up to date! Perfect I wish everyone in uk had a same costumer service as Stewart from EDF, and same website! I’m grateful really happy . Thank you so much.Sorry about my broken English but I hope you guys understand my appreciation for the way I have been treated.Thanks again Stewart you are the most amazing person.👊🤩

I phoned to inquire about fitting a new SMART METER. The call was taken by an operator called Hilary who was polite friendly and knowldgeable who has taken drtails and promised to pass my details on t the corresct department for action. Her action and attitude was excellent. Thank you.
