I received a speedy, comprehensive and thoughtful response to the issues I was facing with my gas connection. Christy was kind and efficient in dealing with my issues escalating them where necessary and working to get a resolution for me as fast as practicably possible which I really appreciate. Christy also followed up with me when experiencing technical difficulties over the phone to ensure my issues were dealt with and didn’t get lost or forgotten! Christy - Team 12D provided excellent service and a credit to the company, thank you!

I spoke to John and he was very friendly and helpful. I managed to book an engineer appointment on a 24 hour time slot, having waited for weeks for a booked appointment which wasn't registered in the system. Now I should have heating for Christmas 🎄
