Rebecca team 13b helped me to understand how the company works with the gas and electricity but I was unsure as to why I've been switched from my supplier to your company I was told that I was paying the same as my old supplier but was led to the fact that it would increase due to. My usage changing I was not told by utilita as why they transferred me to EDF
