I called customer service today to change to a Smart PAG meter and was very satisfied - Francesca 15A was lovely, she explained everything in detail and got me an appointment for next week! I have been having calls and e-mail chats with EDF regarding your cancellation of my original Off Peak tariff since June. On Thursday I had a messages to say my new Meter would be provided in 30 days. I phoned to make an appointment and spoke to a wonderful EDF staff member called Jean. She has looked into my case and has done her best with kindness and understanding to sort out this delay. I am so appreciative as I am 81 years old and am worried about turning on my night storage as it will be full tariff. Please thank Jean for her support this morning.
