Jane was really helpful and explained everything to me. She reassured me that my energy inflation on the direct debit was incorrect and worked to rectify the issue for me. 4 stars as the emails still say the wrong £ payments. But appreciate this is out of Janes control. Thanks Jane!

I I contacted EDF Energy to check if I could get a cheaper deal. I spoke to Julie who was really helpful and explained everything to me. She took her time to explain all the details including the Sunday saver. I have gone on the two year deal and I have altered my monthly payment to £145.
