I have been trying for the last two months to open an account with EDF to move to new premises. My experience has been nightmare with most of the call handlers until I spoke to AGATA this morning who solved all my problems by sorting out everything and she was absolutely angel and I now have electricity connected with just one phone call with her

Helpful Alex.

I rang EDF, was answered immediately after choosing which service I needed. I spoke to Alex Gibson who was extremely helpful and nice, resolved my problem immediately for me and I was off the phone in about a minute. I have rung other companies and waited a hour and half before I was even answered. Well done Alex and EDF.
