I thought I was missing a part and I emailed and Emily from Einhell emailed me straight back she was very help full they were going to send me the bit and at the last minute she asked me to check the handle and it was in there I had it all the time and didn't realise she was great I would recommend this company to all my friends and family and anyone else I could not recommend them higher they were very fast to help
Einhell Tools have been great so far and have not let me down. I have found the customer service brilliant on two occasions - once when my multi-tool stopped working they held good on their warrantee and I posted it to them and they fixed it, another time I Iost a small part for my multi-tool and they sent it to me free of charge. Excellent communication and have been really good tools.
I’ve had an Einhell mitre saw for just over a year and have been very happy with it. I’ve used it on multiple DIY projects, including new slats for a bench and shelving. Recently, the blade clashed with the guard, due to a part failing, and I needed to send it back for repair. Throughout, the people I’ve dealt with at Einhell (Connor in particular) have been courteous and responsive. A very positive experience!
I bought a grinder (brand new) and when I opened the box it was evident that a small part was missing. After a couple of emails the part was in the post. It took Royal Mail 3 days to deliver, but the process was really easy and very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Einhell to anyone with this sort of a coup and customer service.
