Review Time
Had a problem with the self propelling mechanism on my petrol mower.Having had SP mowers like this for 30 years and being familiar with the way they work, I’m sure it was not a problem with product quality, just a bit of really bad luck with a clump of grass/debris getting jammed in the wrong place at the wrong time.The warranty process was a simple case of filling in a on-line claim form and within a few hours of pressing send, Einhell was in touch to arrange collection of the faulty item.I happened to be passing their centre on the Wirral on my way to the beach with the dog, so I dropped it off. By the next morning, I had a report by email, describing the issue which was unfortunately irreparable and (because a like-for-like mower was no longer available) offering me an equivalent replacement, including the specification in an attachment, for my approval.The interaction with all the Einhell staff, by email, on the phone, and in person when I dropped it off, was a delight from start to finish, and would highly recommend their product and their customer service as a result.
I wanted some information on a couple of Einhell power exchange tools and Emily replied extremely promptly. She reassured me about an issue which resulted in me immediately purchasing them so well done Emily, both the pruning chainsaw and the pruning shears are excellent, as with all of the tools I have!
The company sourced a missing bolt for my batter strimmer with little fuss and great customer service. What a change from many other interactions with remote and apparently 'couldn't care less' companies. It was a small issue but it was treated with care and a concern that the problem was speedily resolved. Well done to customer care.
Great customer service. I managed to lose a part from my mitre saw during a house move, although the part wasn't listed as available Candice went out of her way to find a replacement part and arrange delivery.Clear communication and swift too
My Einhell tiller was on its last legs and subsequently was sent to get fixed. The mechanics assessment was that the carbeuetor had gone and despite looking at all their suppliers, the part seemed unable to be replaced. Following a short chat with Emily, the part I needed did seem to have been out of stop, but after some digging during the day, she managed to find me a suitable alternative which I am now getting delivered. She went above and beyond and as a result of her assistance has saved me having to fork out for a new tiller and keep my old reliable one ticking over. Thank you so much, its been really appreciated :)
Lost the starter key to my battery lawnmower and rang them up yesterday at there site in birkenhead spoke to a very courteous member of staff called ash he was very helpfull and when i got home today i had a jiffy bag posted and in it was a key can cut my grass now very happy indeed and ash is a credit to the company thanks so much ash 10 out of 10 for service
Bought a lawn battery and charger £159There was two small cross scews missing, I conntacted the company and after emails I'm still no farther forward, so I'll fix it myself...not a great start..after sorting the screws and cutting or trying to cut the lawn its useless more like a toy no substance. jams every minute
