Absolutely fantastic Customer Service. I purchased an Einhell Garden Blower/Vac from another Large well known Store and on assembly found I was missing 2 very small screws. The Store concerned was pretty useless in their response to my problem and so I contacted Einhell direct. Emily in their Customer Services team immediately responded and within a couple of days a pack of screws arrived. I am more than happy with Einhell !!
The machine arrived quickly, but a fault occurred. We contacted Einhell UK, and our contact, Candice, responded quickly and was very helpful. Unable to resolve the issue, the machine was collected by DPD and a new machine arrived within a couple of days. It is working well. Great communication. Excellent service! Thank you.
The service team were brilliant. Got my 7 year old scarifier up and running after 3 years in the garagenin 3 emails and a phone call.Needed to fit a new carburetor which is a lifetime first for me but did it in 30 minutes following their instructions.
excellent customer service had minor problem with my lawn mower customer service arranged to pick it up free of charge and sent back repaired also free of charge and took only 5 working days cannot fault this service will continue to buy einhell products not only because there products are very good but faultless customer service so refreshing some companies still don't realise how important good customer service is
Top product/s, purchased on eBay - very little use. 1 of the items developed a fault, well, literally just stopped working after a couple of uses. I got onto Einhell Support, via their website, and all sorted. No stress, so friendly and efficient! Others could learn a lot from these guys - will definitely be buying again ;-)
