Excellent customer service

Impressive customer service , Emily from the customer service team went about swiftly resolving the battery replacement. Einhell is an excellent lawn mowing machine but the initial battery provided was probably faulty . After the battery was replaced, the desired results were achieved on a single battery charge.

Big shout out to Emily at customer…

Big shout out to Emily at customer service. Ordered a saw online from a third party supplier, arrived with a broken UK plug adapter, plastic earth pin snapped off. Customer serve at einhell fantastic, Emily thought she had what I needed in stock, ten mins away from royal mail collection so she sent it immediately with them to save any delays. Told if it was wrong one to get back in touch. Arrived a day later. Correct part. Thank you to Emily and einhell..

Omg why use Evri ?

Omg why use Evri ?If I had know would never have ordered from you. I will have to play hunt the parcel yet again !!! It's not my job to look for a parcel I have payed for??? Every single time they send fake photos to say parcel delivered it's not my house not even your parcel ! Do not use these idiots if you value your customers I will never ever buy anything of yours Again.

Missing clips provided quickly.

I ordered my lawnmower from Amazon and unfortunately 2 small clips were missing. I contacted Einhell customer service and everything was sorted out for me within 24 hours, at no cost to me. They acted promptly and efficiently. I’m very impressed with the service!

Excellent after sales service

My parents thought there was a fault with a lawnmower that my brother had bought and assembled for them. I contacted the customer service department and initially spoke to Candice and later corresponded with Emily by email. Both were helpful and friendly and resolved our issue in a professional manner despite the lawnmower being out of warranty. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Absolutely incredible service from…

Absolutely incredible service from Einhell Service Team. I raised a service request for my old saw. Within 48hours it was collected by DPD. Less than a week later I have a brand new replacement! I was thrilled to receive a new tool considering how old the broken one was! I will definitely be purchasing more tools with service like this! Thank you!!

Great customer service

I was struggling a bit to understand why, when registering my product, it was showing as 'for kit' at the end of the product description. I was registering an SDS hammer drill. After a few emails with Emily, who kindly registered the product on my behalf, it was pointed out to me that the 'for kit' was because the drill came with a case, which makes it a kit.I found Emily very friendly, helpful, courteous and polite. She was a great help and provided exceptional support.All this was sorted within one day.
