Bought a reconditioned mini circular saw from Einhell on eBay. The saw arrived without the saw blades so I contacted customer service. Candice dealt with my query and the saw blades arrived two days later.Thank you Candice for your excellent customer service.
I'm just writing to say thank you for your excellent range of cordless tools. I originally purchased your GE-CL-36 Li E leaf blower. I did some prior research online, and found yours to offer the best features at a competitive price. After purchasing it, I was very impressed by its performance. It is extremely easy to switch from blow to vacuum, and it is also very easy to take apart and clean when necessary. I was so impressed with your leaf blower that I decided to purchase Einhell tools exclusively when renewing, all sharing the same 18v batteries. I now have your shrub shears GE-CG- 18 Li, cordless drill TE-CD 18 Li-i BL, jigsaw TE-JS 18 and most recently your GP-LC 36/35 Li Cordless Chainsaw. This summer I cut down two trees in my garden and sawed all the branches and trunks into manageable-sized pieces. To have employed a tree surgeon would have cost me hundreds of pounds, so the chainsaw has more than paid for itself already. So I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent quality of your tools!
My 18v pressure washer failed. On checking it was barely a year old. Einhell website clearly explained how to arrange warranty repair. Collection was arranged two days later and within a week a replacement was delivered. I have a large collection of Einhell 18v tools and never had an issue. I was very impressed with the simplicity and speed of response. Big thanks Einhell Ps would you hurry up and get the 36v version live to market! lol
Brought a bench grinder, sander. they answered all my questions very quickly and even supplied an adaptor free of charge. Very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend einhell. UK. if you are looking for an einhell product. I will be a returning customer for sure. delivered in 2 days as described and in perfect condition.
My garden shredder developed an intermittent fault and was returned for repair under warranty. However on its return the fault reappeared. Einhell took the machine back and then gave me a replacement.Throughout my contact with the company, mainly Emily, they were prompt, courteous and efficient. I was kept informed when my machine would be collected and returned - and the timetable was accurate!All in all a refreshing experience in this day and age.
I bought an Einhell hedge trimmer from Argos and foolishly lost the fixing knob, hex bolt and washer. I called to check the replacement part numbers I needed and Candice confirmed which they were, but pointed out they would be very expensive to ship from Germany. The cost would be 10-15% of the cost of the entire product.Candice then went above and beyond by checking if there were any spares that she might be able to find. I'm delighted to say she was successful and called to confirm she was sending them to me.This is fantastic customer service, leaving me feeling valued and satisfied with Einhell. Customer service like this is a rarity these days.
I received the wrong part. but I contacted Einhell. UK. where the Lady I spoke to was Most helpful.. The Advice. she gave me, about the Return of the Item. made it so easy.. Once the Item Arrived back with them. I was Afforded a Refund.. Then a Solution for the Correct Part. was Offered to me. Which I Gratefully Accepted.. i would like to Thank. Candice. Especially.. An Asset to Einhell.UK.. Again Thank You.
I purchased a cordless garden leaf vac from Toolstation. However, after six months the zip on the collection bag became faulty, so I reported it to Einhell service dept. They responded immediately and within 24 hrs I received a replacement bag! Excellent service :)
