I had an issue with my Einhell electric chainsaw. I contacted the Customer Service Team by email who gave me a ref number.The item was collected and the very next day I received an engineer's fault report. The fault on the item was rectified and returned to me promptly.I was kept informed of the progress by the Customer Service Team at every stage of the process. Infact, I would go as far as to say that dealing with Einhell was second to none.Thank you.

Excellent Product Backed by Fantastic Support

I had a small issue with my Cordless Lawn Mower GE-CM 43 Li M after it had run fault-free for over two and a half years.
