I bought a table saw which was not functioning correctly once I put it together. The staff could not have been more helpful, they gave me advice and when it became apparent the item was not functioning correctly and it wasn’t anything to do with how I put it together they promptly and efficiently arranged for the item to be picked up and replaced or repaired. Although the matter is not resolved at this point I would have no hesitation in praising all the staff and the quality of help I received dealing with this matter. It is a rare experience to speak to people and not a robot and actually get problems resolved, I am glad I picked Einhell as I’m not sure other companies would have been this good
Was looking for a 12v Einhell battery that I couldn’t find 2nd hand. I contacted Einhell on EBay and they sent me one for free that they had kicking around! I was so happy to not have to go onto a spare parts website and pay a totally unreasonable price for it. Makes me want to maintain my loyalty to EInhell products, thanks to to Alysha’s customer service
After buying a mitre saw through Amazon that had a part missing I contacted Einhell directly. The lady identified the part from a picture of the label and the instruction book diagram and had it posted out to me the same day. Excellent after sales service.
Spent good money on a jet wash. The gun broke twice and they sent out replacements then it broke a 3rd time and they didn’t want to know. Selling sub standard equipment. Buy a better brand as one winter in the shed and einhell’s won’t work again. REPLY, I’m not buying new parts for them to break on me again. Or lying for a repair. I’ll buy a better brand.
Impressed very impressed, not just with the equipment and its ability to do what it says on the lid, but with the after sales and service team, their attentiveness and professionalism knows no bounds, from beginning to end to end, these guys, truly represent Einhell UK with the most professional attitude I have ever experienced, special recognition to Ashley, he truly delivered, way beyond my expectations, Einhell UK should be very proud of him, this young man going places, nothing too much trouble everything a pleasure to do. Thank you all, my workshop has many Einhell tools, and I can honestly say, I am more than happy with their performance and reliability, moreover I’m off this weekend to add another piece of equipment to my collection, that will make my landscaping project so much easier to do, a great product at a fair price. Repair/Replacement. 10/01 25. I would like to say that when our Einhell power saw wouldn’t work and I contacted the company they were extremely helpful and gave me advice on numerous occasions. When the item could not be repaired it was to be replaced even though it was close to the end of the warranty.In all my dealings with the company I have found them to be very civil and polite and they went the extra mile to sort out my problem. I bought an Einhell pressure gauge for my compressor via Amazon. Although the picture on the Amazon site showed the gauge with the correct hose fitting to match my system it arrived with a different one. I contacted Einhell and straight away they sent me the correct part. Emily dealt with my issue not only promptly but with a friendly and competent manner.
I run a small gardening company and have several Einhell tools. I had an issue with a battery chainsaw which would not hold its chain tension and contacted Einhells service dept. After providing some advice, which I tried, it was agreed I would send the machine back for them to check. It was agreed that there was an issue and I was sent a replacement machine under guarantee. Great customer service !
