I spoke to Majed who efficiently dealt with my enquiry re setting up of a new service policy on a new purchase and transferring me to the appropriate apartment re cancellation and refund on the superseded contracts. Well pleased with the service I received
Absolutely pathetic service - do not cover anything and perform a circus show to get out of any repairs! I had a 6 thousand pound bill on an 8 thousand pound car and they call that reasonable wear and tear within 10 months of them inspecting the vehicle for wear and tear
