I called for an enquiry in my service plan. After listening to the automated messages, I got to speak to a real person and they were so helpful, like they had all time in world to help. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend them
Really happy with my new car service plan. Ollie explained everything clearly and even went out of his way to check with Toyota when my car was last serviced. He noticed that I was due a refund from my last 2 plans and transferred me to the right department for that.
Ollie provided great advice on the best approach to transfer a current policy and integrate it with a new one when changing vehicles. Ollie was also extremely friendly and well-spoken, and answered all questions sufficiently.
