Would give zero if I could. I've paid £700 for cosmetic warranty. I have been trying to book in a maintenance check and alloy repair since 23rd august- nothing. Do not buy cosmetic repair cover from this company it is a scam. Absolute joke of a company, been trying to contact them over the last three days to arrange a cosmetic repair for a plan that I have with them emails going unanswered after chasing it and can’t even get through on the phone. If I haven’t had a response by tomorrow il be raising a formal complaint as this is just causing anxiety and guessing when a response will be received
I have held a service plan for the last three years and always found EMAC to offer great service .Today I spoke to Majed Chouihna who could not have been more helpful and went out of his way to assist arranging a new service plan.I had spoken to other advisors previously and was uncertain about the particular detail of works carried out. Majad not only confirmed prices but called the main dealership to clarify comparative service work with two different priced plans.He returned a call and was very thorough and helpful with arranging the start of a new two year plan.I was very grateful to his assistance attention to detail and overall customer service.
I'm really disappointed in this company. I emailed to ask for an account statement and received a relatively prompt response. I then followed up asking to cancel my policy and I've since had four emails go unanswered. I also tried calling but can't get through to a real person. Customers need to understand that when you pay your money into their schemes such as this, your money is totally unprotected if something goes wrong. They also charge admin fees for the privilege of having your money early, it's bonkers. This wasn't made clear to me when I signed up.
Car due for major service but garage said I was short of money with Emac and told me to top up my balance. Emac very helpful and said all paid in full and garage had taken out money for items renewed early. Just as well garage did say contact Emac otherwise I would have paid £150 unnecessarily
