Adam guided me through the closing of one Skoda Service Plan and the setting up of a new Skoda Service Plan over the telephone.He listened most attentively to my call, explained what needed to be done, and guided me through the process, paying particular attention to the setting up of the first payment and subsequent direct debit payments.To sum up my experience, it was customer service par excellence.Thank you EMaC and thank you Adam.
